★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For location, comfort and price, this hotel is spot-on. Car parking is convenient (a concern everywhere in much of Italy), in a nearby public lot, which you are directed to upon check-in. The 10 minute walk to town is perfectly seaside. On the roof-deck we enjoyed watching the sun set over the bay of La Spezia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I stayed in the balcony room, and the view was great! Free parking just in front of the hotel is very convenient too. However, the hotel is rather old, the rooms are stuffy and the service below expectations. They had a water outage for 1 day and a Wifi outage for the other day we stayed here - which can happen - but they didn't offer to compensate us in any way. Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were just at the beach. Clean and ok. Good for children as the water is quite shallow. We however had to pay the full afternoon fare of EUR 15,00 (umbrella, two beds) although we arrived at 5pm. Shower only for a fee: EUR 0,20 cold, EUR 1,00 for the warm shower ? - also for guests that paid for umbrella and bed. A little greedy if you ask me ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with view to the beach. The room ARE freshl, renovated and the size is ok. Only the wardrobe is really small. The breakfast was good for Italian hotels even if the corona measures ARE a little bit strange.
