Only one person speaks English in all staff.

Wi fi is all right.
Our room could be much better. Our balcony has no furnitures, so we can't really use it.
But the price is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for money. Very friendly staff who accomadated our group of 23 easily. House wine was good and the breakfast buffet was more than enough. Location for our battlefield your needs was fantastic and in relation to Syracuse and Ortigia cars were a must have

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe a little too far from the center of Syracuse, about 5 km, so you'll need a car. Staff is absolutely helpful but they behave a little coldly. Building is old fashioned but still functional so there's nothing you'll be missing. You can have a cheap decent meal in the restaurant if you need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old, decrepit hotel, which leaks when it rains. Our room was flooded and we weren't offered anything more than an apology (to be fair to the gentleman on reception, he advised he had regularly brought the matter up with the owners but they clearly aren't interested in maintaining the building). The breakfast is good and saves the place from one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to the hotel late and very tired. I had done the booking beforehand and got the confirmation. First complication came right away as we entered. They had a malefunction in the internet. For this reason the hotel wasn’t able to see our reservation. They had no record of us and the sad part was that they blamed us for it. Usually at these situations you should help the customer and fix the problem. In other words customer service was terrible. Not to mention they gave us the wrong room key first. Might sound like a small thing but after all the complications it was really irritating. Would definitely recommend checking other options from the area.
