Un paio di mesi fa giravo nei vari negozzi di mobili per cucine, per progettare e chiedere il relativo preventivo. Recati nel punto vendita non ci hanno dato molta importanza, forse abbiamo dato l'impressione che non eravamo dei clienti certi visto che io e la mia ragazza siamo molto giovani. chiedendo qualche informazione ci dicono che occorre un appuntamento, per tanto fissiamo questo appuntamento, rinviato una prima volta e per poi annullato dicendo che non ci potevano ricevere piu perchè dovevano fare l'inventario/sistemazione del negozio. Con la promessa che ci avrebbero contattato per fissare un nuovo appuntamento. Non si sono fatti sentire piu. Quel pomeriggio che hanno annullato l'apputamento, noi eravamo li in zona, al passaggio abbiamo notato che stavano servendo altri clienti,
in poche parole non ci hanno considerato per niente. Poco dopo abbiamo concluso un contratto con la veneta cucine (Midolo Mobili Siracusa) e devo dire che quest'ultimio hanno saputo conciliare la nostra idea e il nostro bagget. Spero che la mia recensione sia un qualosa di costruttivo per i responsabili del punto vendita scavolini siracusa. i clienti sono tutti uguali e deve essere portato lo stesso rispetto a tutti. Esperienza pessima.
