★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super. Sono stato ieri per un preventivo e Ray e Angelo si sono dimostrati veramente gentili e soprattutto chiari nei dettagli. Prodotti bellissimi. C'è da confondersi ma grazie allo staff sono riuscito a preventivare quello che realmente volevo. A breve si passa all'acquistoooooo non vedo l'oraaaaa.
Super. I was yesterday for a quote and Ray and Angelo were really kind and above all clear about the details. Beautiful products. It is to be confused but thanks to the staff I was able to estimate what I really wanted. Soon we go to purchase ooo, I don't see oraaaaa.

Sono uscita da lavoro e di corsa , piena di aspettative, mi sono recata in negozio: nessuno ha risposto al mio saluto, ho girato per credo 10/15 min ammirando la merce esposta , tra l’altro bellissima , dei 3 impiegati, nessuno mi ha chiesto se avessi bisogno di aiuto se ero interessata a qualcosa. Mentre ammiravo pensavo saranno impegnati magari finiscono e mi chiederanno, niente! Devo rifare un bagno quindi avevo necessità di tutto, ho guardato le idee nelle foto i pezzi i materiali ho toccato le ceramiche guardato tutto , alla fine sono uscita senza salutare.... mi dispiace moltissimo! Anche io lavoro in negozio e non mi piace fare la cliente antipatica, ma sono veramente delusa.
I'm so sorry to write this review, but I have to! I left work and ran, full of expectations, I went to the shop: no one responded to my greeting, I walked around for 10/15 min, admiring the goods on display, among other things beautiful, of the 3 employees, none of me asked if I needed help if I was interested in something. While I admired I thought they will be busy maybe they end up and ask me, nothing! I have to redo a bathroom so I needed everything, I looked at the ideas in the photos the pieces the materials I touched the ceramics looked at everything, in the end I went out without saying goodbye .... I'm very sorry! I also work in the shop and I don't like being an unpleasant customer, but I'm really disappointed.

Ero andata da iperceramica per farmi un'idea e sono uscita con tutto l'occorrente in un'unica soluzione. Grazie alla cortesia e professionalità dei ragazzi che hanno saputo consigliarmi oltre le mie aspettative. Ottima qualità, prezzi onesti , ampia scelta e puntualità nella consegna.
A year ago I completely redone the bathroom. From flooring to bathroom fixtures to taps. I went to hyperceramic to get an idea and I came out with everything I need in a single solution. Thanks to the courtesy and professionalism of the guys who were able to advise me beyond my expectations. Excellent quality, honest prices, wide choice and punctual delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata nel negozio Iperceramica di Siracusa con un milione di dubbi e paure riguardando i tempi di consegna e sulla qualità dei prodotti....ma entrando ho trovato 2 ragazzi eccezionali e competenti....che mi hanno convinta e rassicurata..in quanto per me prima volta di ristrutturazione bagno. In un primo momento ho avuto a che fare con Raimondo dove la sua professionalità mi ha stupito aiutandomi nei dettagli....nei giorni a seguire mi ha aiutato Angelo ragazzo super preparato in qualsiasi argomento....insomma la decisione di aver scelto iperceramica è stata di gran lunga grazie a Raimondo e Angelo con i loro preziosi consigli e perché no anche qualche sorriso in più......consigliatissimo ?
I went to the Iperceramica shop in Syracuse with a million doubts and fears regarding delivery times and product quality .... but upon entering I found 2 exceptional and competent guys .... who convinced and reassured me .. since for me first time of bathroom renovation. At first I had to deal with Raimondo where his professionalism amazed me by helping me in the details .... in the following days Angelo, super-trained boy in any subject, helped me ... in short, the decision to have chosen hyperceramic it was very much thanks to Raimondo and Angelo with their precious advice and why not even a few more smiles ...... highly recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo l'acquisto della cucina nel negozio di fronte al vostro mi sono recata con mio marito da Iperceramica per completare il paraschizzi della cucina e per la ristrutturazione del bagno. Ho trovato grazie al ragazzo che mi ha servito tutto quello che cercavo e in pochissimo tempo. Consiglio solamente di aumentare il personale perchè prima di concludere il tutto ho dovuto aspettare che i ragazzi si liberassero essendo impegnati con molti altri clienti. Ottima esperienza, bei prodotti e personale educato e disponibile.
After purchasing the kitchen in the shop opposite yours, I went with my husband to Iperceramica to complete the kitchen splash guard and to renovate the bathroom. I found thanks to the guy who served me everything I was looking for and in no time. I only recommend to increase the staff because before finishing everything I had to wait for the boys to free themselves by being busy with many other customers. Great experience, nice products and polite and helpful staff.
