C	Cristina L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel situato a pochi minuti dal mare, raggiungibile senza nessuna difficoltà e con parcheggio privato! Si viene accolti da personale talmente gentile e "familiare" che ti senti subito a casa. Vengono incontro ad ogni esigenza (anche le più assurde, credo di aver superato me stessa in questo soggiorno perché era un ritorno a casa, ma sprovvista di ogni cosa) con un'efficienza al di sopra di ogni aspettativa! C'è una piscina a dir poco favolosa. Impossibile non entrarci. C'è anche un simpatico chiosco, munito di ogni prelibatezza per una rilassante giornata in piscina, per grandi e piccini. Posto ben pulito e ordinato. Il buffet per la colazione non è esageratamente grande (sicuramente data anche dalla necessità di maggior rispetto igienico) ma accontenta davvero tutti, soprattutto con le torte superlative fatte direttamente da loro! Impossibile non assaggiarle! Abbiamo soggiornato nel mini appartamento, davvero molto carino e ben attrezzato. Completa la camera un bel tavolino con ombrellone privato dove poter mangiare in tranquillità. È convenzionato anche con un ristorante raggiungibile in pochi minuti dove fanno delle pizze uniche e una cucina tipica al di sopra di ogni aspettativa e una spiaggia verso Otranto, immersa in un mare cristallino e tanta sabbia bianca! Non manca davvero niente! Assolutamente da provare!! Il prossimo anno sarà sicuramente la mia destinazione!! Hotel located a few minutes from the sea, accessible without any difficulty and with private parking! You are greeted by such kind and "familiar" staff that you immediately feel at home. They meet every need (even the most absurd, I think I surpassed myself in this stay because it was a homecoming, but devoid of everything) with an efficiency beyond all expectations! There is a swimming pool which is nothing short of fabulous. Impossible not to enter it. There is also a nice kiosk, equipped with every delicacy for a relaxing day at the pool, for young and old. Well clean and tidy place. The breakfast buffet is not exaggeratedly large (certainly also due to the need for greater hygienic respect) but it really pleases everyone, especially with the superlative cakes made directly by them! Impossible not to taste them! We stayed in the mini apartment, very nice and well equipped. The room is completed by a nice table with a private umbrella where you can eat in peace. It also has an agreement with a restaurant that can be reached in a few minutes where they make unique pizzas and a typical cuisine above all expectations and a beach towards Otranto, immersed in a crystalline sea and lots of white sand! Nothing is really missing! Absolutely to try !! Next year will definitely be my destination !!

Colazione superlativa con dolci di produzione propria... Frutta freschissima e altrettanto le spremute.. Piscina e idromassaggio sempre pulitissimi.. Servizio camere celere con particolare attenzione all ineccepibile igiene e tenendo in considerazione le esigenze del nostro pelosetto. Rapporto prezzo/qualita davvero ottimo. Super consigliato!! Wonderful experience .. Rooms in the standard for a 3-star .. Staff flawless .. Friendly and professional .. Superb breakfast with homemade cakes ... Fresh fruit and juices as well .. Swimming pool and whirlpool always spotless .. Fast room service with particular attention to impeccable hygiene and taking into consideration the needs of our furry dog. Really excellent price / quality ratio. Super recommended !!

È doveroso evidenziare la cordialità e la disponibilità degli addetti alla reception ed in particolar modo Pierpaolo con una grande professionalità ed educazione. Superlativo lo staff delle colazioni e del servizio bar-piscina. Le colazioni sono arricchite dalle prelibate ed esclusive torte preparate da Laura, una persona speciale. Lo staff del bar e piscina è un qualcosa di straordinario. Mariagrazia con i suoi sorrisi, la disponibilità, la cordialità; Luca al servizio bar ti serve in modo impeccabile; Simone lifeguard gentile, paziente e molto educato. Che dire davvero splendidi! Loro sono il vero cuore della struttura e davvero meritevoli. Le camere sono super pulite e comode. Gli arredi caratterizzano la struttura edificata negli anni 90 ma ben mantenuti. L'hotel è immerso nel verde e dotato di una piscina favolosa! Lo consiglio a chi cerca la comodità, il relax, un ambiente accogliente e familiare. Ho letto alcune recensioni che non rispecchiano la realtà. Sono i soliti detrattori non obiettivi e non capaci di apprezzare la sostanza in luogo dell'apparenza! Sono coloro che sognano il 5 stelle luxury ma hanno il portafogli all'altezza di un ostello. Lo consiglio vivamente! E ci rivediamo presto perché già mancate a noi tutti, Francesco, Francesca, Gloria e Nicolas. Just returned after spending 6 wonderful days with the family. It is necessary to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff and in particular Pierpaolo with great professionalism and education. The breakfast and pool bar service is superb. The breakfasts are enriched by the delicious and exclusive cakes prepared by Laura, a special person. The staff at the bar and pool is something extraordinary. Mariagrazia with her smiles, availability, friendliness; Luca at the bar service serves you impeccably; Simone is a kind, patient and very polite lifeguard. What can I say really beautiful! They are the real heart of the structure and really deserving. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The furnishings characterize the structure built in the 90s but well maintained. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and has a fabulous swimming pool! I recommend it to those looking for comfort, relaxation, a welcoming and familiar environment. I have read some reviews that don't reflect reality. They are the usual non-objective detractors who are unable to appreciate substance instead of appearance! They are those who dream of 5-star luxury but have a wallet equal to a hostel. I highly recommend it! And we'll see you again soon because we all miss you already, Francesco, Francesca, Gloria and Nicolas.

La zona piscina con bar è molto bella e attrazione divertente per chi ha bambini e ragazzi ... l'hotel non è nuovissimo ma noi abbiamo soggiornato nelle case di Ada ... monolocali all'interno della struttura moderni dotati di angolo cottura e giardinetto privato ... e si può usufruire della piscina e colazione (migliorabile ... un pò minimal ma buona). La struttura è in un posto strategico per visitare la costa adriatica che personalmente trovo stupenda!!! Santa Cesarea Terme e Castro due piccole perle!!! The structure is welcoming and the staff extremely kind and helpful. The pool area with bar is very nice and fun attraction for those with children and teenagers ... the hotel is not brand new but we stayed in Ada's houses ... modern studios within the structure equipped with kitchenette and garden private ... and you can use the swimming pool and breakfast (can be improved ... a little minimal but good). The structure is in a strategic place to visit the Adriatic coast which I personally find wonderful !!! Santa Cesarea Terme and Castro two little pearls !!!

Lorenza, la ragazza che ha seguito tutta la mia pratica, è fantastica, cordiale professionale e molto preparata. Anche la mattina a colazione erano tutti gentili e sorridenti mai sgarbati. Ho conosciuto il direttore, in quanto ho dovuto lasciare prima del previsto il mio soggiorno, ed è stato disponibile e comprensivo. La consiglio vivamente. Vicino a tutto. A spiagge molto belle. La piscina è top. The structure is not what I expected. From the photos it seems more beautiful (I'm talking about the rooms) but the service is top. Lorenza, the girl who has followed all my practice, is fantastic, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Even in the morning at breakfast they were all kind and smiling never rude. I met the manager, as I had to leave my stay earlier than expected, and he was helpful and understanding. I highly recommend it. Close to everything. To very beautiful beaches. The pool is top.

La piscina, ben attrezzata e curata, aggiunge valore al posto. Colazione dolce e salata, abbondante e di buona qualità. Anche il bar della piscina, gestito con disponibilità e competenza in pieno spirito salentino, offre un ottimo servizio per chi volesse passare la sua giornata in piscina. Costo adeguato ai servizi offerti. I am French, my wife is Italian and we live in Dublin which means that our guests were very international. The service provided by the hotel was just amazing. Prior to book the hotel, my main concern was about the barrier language and I have to say that the hotel managed it very well. We had guests travelling by themselves, some with kids... The pool is a great alternative if you are too tired to go to the beach. All of our guests felt very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. It was my brother's birthday during our time there and they've managed to find a big cake for all of us (for 40 people!). We definitely had a great time there and will definitely plan to go back there one day.
