★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for a few nights in the "Frederico" suite, which was not too bad, however the bathroom were not the cleanest and we encountered multiple mosquitos in the evenings despite all windows being shut the entire time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is an older building, located in a corner slightly away( 3 min walk) from the main squares of the town. It offers quiet stays. Room is not as modern, perhaps it is by choice to make visitors feel like they are indeed in Tuscany. Free breakfast bar offers typical continental breakfast selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited several times this accommodation facility on the occasion of the delivery of bicycles that I rented to customers of the hotel to be able to pedal along the Via Francigena to Rome, where I picked up at the end of the rental. (experiencehunter.eu - velocerental.com) The crew is very professional and welcoming and provided an openair safe storage point for the bikes. Very suggested if you are looking for a good accommodation in San Miniato area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is fantastic, very nice views from many places. Staff was OK, nothing special but all good. Free and spacious parking. Everything is within walking distance, it's very small town. We got spacious rooms in the dependency building uphill, bathroom and amenities - fine. Internet connection was OK - not great but working most of the time. There is a kettle in the room, some instant coffee - but no tea.
Breakfast is very basic and everything is cold, including scrambled eggs and bacon. Yes, even that is completely cold and nobody seems to care. Coffee from the machine wasn't very good, weak and mostly tasteless. TV in the room was flat screen but very old, weird colours, hard to watch anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious rooms and bathroom. Shower is terrible as there hot water and cold water mixer doesn’t work properly, the space for shower too is so small. Breakfast is so simple with not many to choose. Sky TV is free and there are numerous channels available. Staff here are extremely courteous and friendly. This hotel is located in a place where the drive to the hotel and the view from the hotel are good.
