★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crispy tongue. Lemon chicken. Spaghetti with mint. Oxtail sauce. Eggs and cheese. A wonderful meal in Tuscany before our flight home. Great, friendly service and a visit from the chef. The restaurant is on a square, by an old church, where they cleared all the cars away for foosball and other games.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding. We arrived in a bad mood after experiencing a very rude receptionist at our hotel and poor communication with the restaurant about our booking. The staff soon charmed us with delicious tomato water, well presented dishes and good humour. We were so pleased that I ordered an extra dish to be chosen by the chef and was presented by the best tongue that I have tasted. Dont miss this place.

I particularly appreciated the wine pairing our server made for us.
No photos because we gobbled everything up as soon as it came out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly . It was and remains a culinary high point in my life . The young chef is truly gifted , catering for dozens of guests with unfunded aplomb.this young woman is destined for a Michelin star at least . Try the honeyed truffle fillet for the closest thing to an oral orgasm possible .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic food using high quality seasonal ingredients! Definitely recommend the tasting menu (38 euros) and truffle pasta (15 euros). Very good value with outdoor seating, be mindful that you will have a long lunch of around two hours
