The Property was amazing and they seem to keep up with the grounds and maintenance of the pool, beach, grass areas all very good however when you factor in the poor attitude of the restaurant help and the poor breakfast buffet, I wanted to give them a 2 star but I am going to be generous and give them 3 stars. The front desk was very helpful and the bar keeper in the lounge and by the pool were also a great help. We also did not like the fact that certain groups ate everyday in the front dining room with a better buffet while we were relegated to a corner in the very back of the 2nd dining room the one you didn't want to be in. eggs and sausages were cold every morning and we went within 1/2 hour of them opening and no way to keep them warm, on the lighter side the fruit was always cold and fresh. When they say they speak your language they do if you are Italian or German but if you are English speaking there were probably only 2 or 3 that could really understand English well enough to carry on a conversation to make our stay a little more pleasant. I expected more from a 4 star hotel as I have stayed at Many 5 stars like Crown Plaza's, Hyatt's, Westin's, Mariotts etc. If you were giving them 4 stars for the grounds, i agree but the wait staff deserved a 1 or 2 star at best. Oh and Jenny Faggionato at Apogia did a fabulous job of saving us because of a glitch in their booking system but the wait staff definitely let her down. I write this review not to hurt Apogia or the hotel itself but for them to talk about their short comings and raise their level of commitment to their customers and the services they offer so they can become a 5 star provider in the future instead of sliding to 3 stars as it seems they are heading now.

Good service and hotel complete with swimming pool (even though if youre coming to the seaside i believe youre a truly an idiot if you then spend your time in a pool) shame for the bad music played there. Unnecessary.

This hotel is the best. 2nd stay at San Giorgio first one in 2018. We had booked a stay last year 2019 for 5 nights, 2 adults and 2 children. Day one I was ill and was at the local hospital in Caorle and they sent me to another hospital in another city. I was staying at the hospital for 12 days, The staff at the hotel was In another league regarding help to my wife and 2 girls. They did everything they could to make the stay as smooth as possible, despite the situation, and the fact, that we had only booked 5 nights, they relocated my wife to new rooms, so she did not had to move to other hotels, and again despite the hotel was fully booked, really a great service and help to us. When I was back at the hotel after 12 days and 2 surgeries, they upgraded my wife and I to one of the suites, new renovated great view and again the staff, did more than you can expect, they brought the food to our room, provided the things I could tolerate on top of my illness. We stayed at the hotel for 18 days incl. my 12 days at the hospital. This year we had planed to go back to San Giorgio, but the Corona did not allow us, but in 2021 we will go there and have the vacation, that we are looking forward to have. If we could give 10 STARS we would have given that, because this hotel is the best, and it is in our heart and mind. Thanks to the Staff and management at Hotel San Giorgio in Caorle. Good breakfast, hotel personnel are polite especially Svetlana. Nice pool and suites are comfortable. I don't like the booking process. Not so many restaurants and shops nearby.
