If there were towels, toilet paper, tablets for dishwasher, dish brush and other useful stuff like some salt, pepper, sugar, ... etc. which costs almost nothing and its very helpful to have them there. Apartment was in a big lack of dishes - no wine glasses in Italy?! just 3 spoons, 2 cups etc.
Bar at the pool has no written time schedule - it would be nice to know when it’s open...
On the other side - very helpful staff, beautiful location, clima, garage, private pool with bar, very nice private beach with bar and restaurant for just 5 EUR/day (1 umbrella + 2 seats), close shop,...

1. about 10 minutes walk to the beach (little long for kids).
2. no life guard for the swimming pool.
3. lot of mosquitos.
4. no toilet papers or soap/shampoo (minor disadvantage)
5. no oven but only stove (minor disadvantage)
What we liked:
1. very clean property (rooms, kitchen and bathroom)
2. direct access and view to the pool.
3. kids pool.
4. friendly and cooperative staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the location was okay, relatively close to the beach, the biggest thing this place has going for it... is the pool. For 2 nights, €350 seems like a lot to ask when: 1) first night we didn't have hot water, 2) the beds were hard and the springs made it impossible to sleep, 3) the beach access isn't owned by the company, you must contact another place (on your own, in person since the website is bad), 4) you're asked to do the cleaning before you leave (and you still have to pay the cleaning fee), 5) bring your own towels or pay €4 a towel, 6) and you need to be quiet from 8 pm to 8 am. Good luck is you have kids!
While my family and i found ways to make the time here enjoyable, it is not a place i want to return to. The people were very nice, no complaints there, except for the €100 requested as a security deposit when we arrived. Since we didn't have cash on us we got the money later and came back the next morning. The reception was full of people and suddenly it was a registration fee for €6. Maybe there was some confusion since they don't speak English but it did make me wonder why i could pay the rent with my card but was asked to give cash up front.
As is, I can not recommend the place. Too much money, for little service.
