★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un nostro errore causato dalla fretta. Abbiamo preso questo Hotel/Residence, ma siamo rimasti molto delusi. Abbastanza sotto delle nostre aspettative. Si parlava di Vomero, ma il resort è in zona Materdei. Comodo per prendere la metro e basta. Quello che più ci ha deluso è stata la sporcizia per terra nelle camere e soprattutto il bagno: lo scarico della doccia e del bidet risultavano mezzi intasati. Il supporto del rotolo della carta igienica non era fissato al muro. Al bambino, durante la chiusura della porta del bagno, è rimasta la maniglia in mano. Era fissata con due viti. Per tutte e 4 le notti, abbiamo avuto sempre le stesse lenzuola e una trapunta con varie macchie (!!!) e con capelli di altre persone. Per la colazione si va sulla terrazza: in 4 giorni di soggiorno siamo saliti 2 volte, ma andati via subito non molto contenti. In tutte e due le occasioni abbiamo trovato i cucchiaini e le tovaglie sporche. La terrazza dove si fa colazione non è commentabile. Ribadisco. La peggior cosa è la sporcizia.
 Our mistake caused by haste. We took this Hotel / Residence but were very disappointed. Quite below our expectations. There was talk of Vomero, but the resort is in the Materdei area. Convenient to take the metro and that's it. What disappointed us most was the dirt on the floor in the rooms and especially the bathroom: the drain from the shower and bidet were half clogged. The toilet roll holder was not fixed to the wall. The child had the handle in his hand while closing the bathroom door. It was fixed with two screws. For all 4 nights, we always had the same sheets and a quilt with various stains (!!!) and with other people's hair. For breakfast we go to the terrace: in 4 days of stay we went up twice, but left immediately not very happy. On both occasions we found the spoons and dirty tablecloths. The terrace where breakfast is served cannot be commented upon. I repeat. The worst thing is the dirt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay here was great, even got an upgrade to our room since it was off-season and they had the space. Fabio, the host who checked us in, was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for the city. It's located close to the airport and I would recommend calling the hotel when you arrive at the airport because we got charged way too much for the taxi ride there. They have their own shuttle service which we used when we checked out. Fabio even brought us croissants because we would miss breakfast due to an early flight. Very thoughtful ! The room was lovely, with a large bathroom, great bed and even a nice little balcony. Breakfast was a large buffet with everything you'd want to have a for a good start of your day. All in all a good experience at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Napoli.
