Ho mandato delle mail di contestazione ma hanno risposto sempre e solo telefonicamente e in modo arrogante negando l'errore
the company proved to be not very serious: ordered an article with certain measures, a different one was sent and moreover of poor quality.
I have sent contestation emails but they have always and only responded by telephone and arrogantly denying the error

I purchased 3 Co Food cylinders at a competitive price, but one lacked the test certificate (We require it when filling the bottle). I have been sending solicitations for 3 months and nobody answers. Not even a death certificate ... hopefully ...
