★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have experience with this hotel for 5years and this time it is seems to be changed a little. Staff not experienced, problems with ordering during dinner, hotel equipment sometimes broken. But on the other hand still this is lovely place and pleasure to stay for a couple of days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel, friendly staff, double spa/whirlpool/sauna (inside and outside with view), private parking space for cars, 5 minutes walk from the center of the town and the ski facilities. You may experience some misunderstanding because not all staff can correctly understand your language.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely traditional (probably) family run hotel with staff who mostly speak good English. Food pretty good. Couldn't vouch for value as I stayed here as part of a package with Arabba Holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were clean and well presented. The new outdoor Jacuzzi available next door for free was excellent. Meals catered mainly for the Austrian palate. Sauna was good and Massage excellent, first time I returned from a ski trip in better shape than when I arrived ! Thanks Georgeta
