A	Axel Drecoll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf gar keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt in keinster Weise. Ehem. Restaurantküche ist vollkommen runter, kein WLAN, Bäder- naja.... Whg. mäßig sauber in Empfang genommen und dann mit fadenscheinigen Begründungen Reinigungspauschale verlangt. Finger weg von dieser Whg.! Definitely not recommended. Value for money is in no way. Former. Restaurant kitchen is completely down, no Wi-Fi, baths-well .... Whg. Moderately clean reception and then with flimsy justifications cleaning fee required. Stay away from this Whg!

La proprietaria l'ha cacciato via in malo modo perché era proprieta' privata...complimenti signora, l'ospitalità è di casa da voi! Today my husband, returning from a bike ride, sheltered from a bad hailstorm under the porch of this structure. The owner kicked it away badly because it was private property ... congratulations lady, hospitality is at home with you!

And very loud, because it's on the streets and the windows are not closing properly. Apartment Louren Chalets Dolomites - Schimmel im Bad, ziemlich müffelig, laut, weil direkt an der Straße. Sehr unfreundliches Personal - vor allem beim Auschecken. Sie hatten es drauf angelegt, uns die Kaution nicht wieder zu geben und haben einfach behauptet, wir hätten die Küche nicht sauber gemacht, was nicht stimmte. Eigentlich ganz gut für ne große Gruppe, aber die Art und Weise, wie wir behandelt wurden, hinterließ echt faden Beigeschmack. Nicht empfehlenswert. Apartment Louren Chalets Dolomites - mold in the bathroom, quite smelly, noisy, because it is right on the street. Very rude staff - especially when checking out. They tried not to give us the deposit back and simply claimed we hadn't cleaned the kitchen, which wasn't true. Actually quite good for a large group, but the way we were treated left a really bad aftertaste. Not recommended.

Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Le 5 camere hanno tutte il bagno con doccia, manca il bidet. La cucina è ben fornita. We stayed 15 days in July. Spacious and clean apartment for 10 people divided into two parts (living area and sleeping area). The staff is friendly and helpful. The 5 rooms all have a bathroom with shower, no bidet. The kitchen is well stocked.
A	Anže Seliškar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nightmare! I think I will abandon skiing after this experience and become a monk somewhere as far away from snow and Chalet Helen as possible. The landlady charged us for not completely washing all the windows of the Chalet, rubbing the floor crystal clear and removing ourselves from the building within 5 mins after we started arguing. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Anyone interested in this place I suggest go sleep under a tree. Far better!
U	Uros Meden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed there for 4 nights and the rooms were very dirty when we checked in. We asked for change and landlord did not want to change. Toilets were without toilet paper and dirty from previous visitors. Kitchen is big on pictures but totally empty without glasses and other cookware. Landlord is very infriendly and is just thinking about money. In the end we were blamed for dirtiness and landlord did not want to return the money.

The first day as we arrived there was 16 degrees Celsius in the apartement which have slowly increased to 21 degrees Celsius for the seventh day of our stay. We were freezing to death. We asked the landlady several times to do something about that but the answer was that these are the normal circumstances, the problem is wih us. They talked to us in a really rude manner. Besides that the apartment is poorly furnished, except for the bedrooms which have been renovated. Even though we were charged 80€ for the cleaning, we had to clean the kitchen ourselves. That's not how accomodating works.
