★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is now my fourth time at this hotel. It's a very lovely looking four star hotel, with all mod cons. Lovely swimming pool. Breakfast included in the cost of your room with fantastic a la carte menu. Cost of the room is very reasonable and competitive considering it's four star. Highly recommended. All the staff are very friendly and hard working, always catering to your needs. They speak good English. Parking facility is off road which is located behind the hotel. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. 4 stars because they refunded our money, because when arriving late, the road through town didn't feel like they warm, inviting Italian feel we were used to and wanted to change our 3 night stay to 1 night. Would be a great place if you wanted to enjoy the many amenities of the hotel and not venture far away. The facility is very well kept. The restaurant food was average.

Hotel ground, reception, room... are very well updated and kept.
Room are good for 2 but small for familles.
However the food is average (presentation very nice taste Ok) so far and the length of service is very very long. Our last diner lasted a litle over 2 hours for 3 courses that never arrived at the same time for the family. For adults it can be manageable but with kids impossible to manage.
I’m happy tu update my review as we have 4 night left and we would enjoy some improvements.
Update on March 1st 2022: We ended up having a wonderful time food was better than average taking in consideration we are exigent. Time was better after I spoke with the director. Staff overall very nice some can be a little less friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros; reasonable pricing for area. Clean. Tennis court is good. Restaurant is nice and good price. Nice beach across the road.
Cons;
No towels for the beach or pool - have to use bath towels.
I would avoid if you don't want to be trapped in the hotel without paying expensive taxis. When booking I checked with hotel they said they would arrange pick up and drop off to station. The reality is we had to wait 2 hours to be picked up and have to be dropped off 2 hours before our train to go back other wise pay 40 euros. When it's only a 15-20 min drive. It's not the end of world but would prefer to not be lead to believe something otherwise
They advertise a gym - which they don't have.
Our tv was broken as the wire doesn't work and luckily we did manage to fix it but before then we were told we'd just have to wait until the next day - were only here 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern clean hotel with excellent service by attentive staff. Food was good and we had a couple of lovely evening meals. Breakfast also very good with a large selection of fruits, breads, continental style options. Pool area very clean and pool looked excellent. As it is April it was too early in the season to use these facilities. Room was good but cramped. SKY TV was a bonus. The hotel is 12km south of Salerno, so the hotel runs a complimentary shuttle bus. This is very necessary if you don't have a car, as a single taxi ride cost us €37. Overall it is a good hotel but it's a bit far from Salerno. If you have a car and/or planning to use the pool / beach then yes I would book again.
