★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Stay was excellent. I had a room upgrade due to the heating not working well in the original room. Quiet and scenic location between Brisighella and Faenza. There is a bus about ten minutes walk from the property, but having an e-bike or car there would probably be best for most people. Nice interior (plenty of wooden furniture for instance).. Negative: The first night the heating did not work completely, so that it was very cold. Got a room upgrade after, and there it was excellent..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are very clean, but basic. Very nice pool and located in a nice part of the area with great views over vineyards and fruit trees.
Kitchen is open during lunch and dinner and food is amazing.
It feel like a home with family. Very good place!
