Siamo entrati in negozio chiedendo nello specifico un materasso fresco. Dopo una spiegazione sommaria sul "memory " e sul "foam" sostanze diverse (?) una sopra e una sotto...... decidiamo di acquistare con la promessa di un'attenzione/omaggio (due cuscini). Materasso arrivato, cuscini non pervenuti e sensazione di calore eccessivo sprigionato dal materasso che ci ha visto costretti a tornare ai nostri vecchi permaflex di fatto più freschi del pluridecorato "Elisabetta". Probabilmente un "consiglio" più professionale ci avrebbe aiutato nella scelta. Dopo la mia recensione sono stata contattata dal servizio clienti. Una signorina gentilissima ha chiesto come trovare una soluzione al disagio ricevuto. Confermo che non discuto la qualità del materasso , ma non era il più idoneo alle mie richieste. Mi complimento per la disponibilità ed efficienza del servizio clienti per aver cercato di trovare una soluzione al mio disagio. Ovviamente ho gradito il pensiero ma rifiutato l'omaggio perché il mio disappunto non aveva quel fine. We purchased a Buoninfante double mattress. Our choice fell on this company by pure chance. We went into the shop asking specifically for a fresh mattress. After a brief explanation on "memory" and "foam" different substances (?) One above and one below ...... we decide to buy with the promise of attention / gift (two pillows). Mattress arrived, pillows not received and a sensation of excessive heat given off by the mattress that forced us to return to our old permaflex, which were actually cooler than the highly decorated "Elisabetta". Probably a more professional "advice" would have helped us in our choice. After my review I was contacted by customer service. A very kind young lady asked how to find a solution to the inconvenience received. I confirm that I do not dispute the quality of the mattress, but it was not the most suitable for my requests. I congratulate you on the availability and efficiency of the customer service for trying to find a solution to my discomfort. Obviously I liked the thought but refused the homage because my disappointment did not have that purpose.

J	Jeff Bailey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabio Rossomando reached out to us (AlphaGraphics Las Vegas) in January 2020 when Buoninfante was in Las Vegas to have graphics produced for their graphics in the World Market Center. We developed, produced and installed the graphics as agreed. Fabio paid a 70% deposit for the work we rendered and has ignored all communication for several months to pay the remaining $782.27 balance. That's bad business. Beware.
