★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A top notch dining experience that should not be missed. If you go to Brisighella, you must eat here no questions asked! We went for dinner and loved every dish. The turbot fish was cooked perfectly with an amazing basil sauce. The mortadella and focaccia was served with moretti artichokes, dop mortadella and an aged balsamic vinegar. Fantastic local ingredients! The desserts especially are not to be missed. The olive oil cake (made with local olive oil) with white chocolate thyme whipping cream and apricot sorbet is lovely. The service was impeccable and she made great recommendations. We sat on the quiet and tucked away terrace in the evening and would suggest going for sunset. The decor and vibe is lovely, with hints of mid century modern and a colour scheme of pastels that Wes Anderson would approve of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t recommend this place enough! I went there for a pool day and birthday lunch with 20 friends and from the moment we arrived the service and availability of the staff was fantastic. The set lunch (with a separate option provided for my gluten free friend) was delicious and served meticulously. The pool is great and is one of the most fairly priced in the area, will definitely be back again. Thanks for a great day!
