β β β β β Terrible quality, no heating available in the room, breakfast is a joke, mould in the toilet, damaged floor and fat from the main attractions.

β β β β β The beds are comfortable and it's pretty clean. I can also recommend the breakfast.
What I however found disappointing is that the standard rooms for two adults are super small: you will need to place even two small pieces of luggage on the writing table so you have no room to work.
Also, they offer laundry service, however, on Saturday they told us that laundry service is not available on Saturdays, the next day they told me it's not available on Sundays...

β β β β β Mixed feelings about the hotel, the reason it lost points was...
The restaurant when we used it at lunchtime was painfully quiet. The lights were switched off, there was no music playing. Food was ok, but wouldn't use it again. Breakfast was ok.
The room was nice, we stayed in a junior suite. The need was really comfortable. The let down was the cleanliness, especially the bathroom. It didn't seem to get cleaned during our stay. The mini-bar was rarely topped up. There wasn't enough towels. The hot drink facility wasn't topped up, and there wasn't enough cups.
The swimming pool was nice, but cold, so not used by our son.
I'd sum up this hotel as a good hotel for business use, not a family holiday hotel. Incidentally, out tour operator moved us here as the hotel we selected closed!

β β β β β The sea view is the best feature at this hotel, provided you can sleep with the AC on. If you leave the balcony door open the noise from the road is unbearable.
Hotel staff, with a few exceptions, were somewhere between being just polite and showing no interest. In reception, only one person was able to hold a full conversation on English, incidentally she was the only lady we saw on seven days spent there, the rest all men (2021?).
What also stroke us was the amount of litter lying around the hotel, most obviously produce by it. If I were the manager there I'd have my staff cleaning up what's left behind by the city notoriously inefficient garbage collection system.
Finally, on our last night we were thinking of just having a quick bite by the pool but it turned out that the menu left on the tables during the day had disappeared, where it clearly stated that it was available also in the evening (I attach photo). The restaurant manager, who doesn't speak any English (four star hotel, 2021?) didn't understand what we wanted, insisted on us ordering from his menu which we already had a couple of days earlier. (The menu was a sad looking photocopy, something from another time.)
In short, we survived our long stay but it wasn't a memorable experience.

β β β β β Great location to explore the city. The staff is also very efficient throughout our stay. The rooms need a good refurbishment and the bathrooms a good cleaning. Sofa beds are extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately the breakfast leaves to be desired - the variety is huge but the quality is poor. When it comes to parking the hotel charges 20 euros per day, however they have a parking area outside the hotel which is free and very safe β¦ I would recommend this option.

β β β β β Great location, free parking near the hotel, a lot of tourist attractions in walking distance. And sea - just cross the street.
Our room was spacy, balcony with sea view. Beds were comfortable. There were tea/coffee facilities, small fridge (minibar), tv, good wi-fi. Big bathroom.
Very good and rich breakfast buffet.
Hotel has small outdor swiming pool - very nice to sit near the pool and relax in sunny weather.
Definetly we will return.

β β β β β Decent hotel and good location. We arrived at night and parked in the public spaces right outside. There did seem to be some unofficial parking attendants running some kind of parking space control scam, but they ignored us. Not sure why the hotel and local police allow it to operate.

β β β β β Clean and well organized facility.
The staff here is attentive and are doing a great job.
Breakfast this morning was good. I found everything I wanted and was happy with the entire experience. Dinner for our group last night was good as well. Service was great.
Our room is simply alright. Very clean and the bed was great. Excellent water pressure and hot water.
Two more nights to go but this is a good start.
