★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is truly amazing. You will have the best view possible on the Trentino Dolemites. But what makes this hotel unique is the impeccable service, amazing room (we had the suite) and miss Lorenzetti. The hotel has a feee shuttle service that will bring you to the ski lifts and pick you up from town. Breakfast is amazing as well and the ambiance is great. We’d recommend going here for summer or ski holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely decorated hotel, it's at the end of the town, but still near to the center. Great service and food, although excessively complex dishes are served; skiers might appreciate the rental and assistance services as well as the shuttle bus. Overall great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is quite worn out. Maybe it was fancy in 90s but not today. Some rooms have nice mountain views but those facing the road are quite noisy. Although it claims to have 4 stars but the reality is far from that, e.g. there is only a shower gel provided in the bathroom, no body lotion, no hair conditioner, etc. The restaurant was quite ok, but nothing exceptional. They provide free shuttle service to the slopes and back. The housekeeping was the worst - one day they even forgot to clean our room. It looks like that the only person who really cares about the hotel is the elderly lady who seems to be the owner, but because of her poor English its was difficult to communicate with her. I doubt that we are coming back the next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely gentle and available personnel. The owner was always present and asking how the stay was going, she even gave us presents upon our check out. Great restaurant and a shuttle service to bring us to the city centre. Loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly unrivalled service, hotel shuttles available to take you pretty much anywhere in the town! Food is great and the tea before dinner is a godsend. Rooms could do with a slight upgrade but cleanliness and comfort were met.
