La Stube Hermitage è veramente un luogo in cui la qualità del cibo è l'atmosfera suggestiva tipica di montagna rende il tutto veramente speciale. Cibo raffinato abbinamenti importanti e servizio eccellente. Sicuramente un viaggio nel gusto. Traveling all over Italy fortunately I happen to have dinner in very important and suggestive places. The Stube Hermitage is truly a place where the quality of the food and the typical mountain atmosphere makes it truly special. Refined food important combinations and excellent service. Definitely a journey into taste.

Devo fare solo complimenti allo Chef Giovanni, con le sue creazioni i suoi piatti ha deliziato la nostra serata. Non dimentico certo di menzionare anche i camerieri e il metre. Una gran gentilezza e cortesia abbinata alla capacità di spiegare con precisione e cura ogni piatto.Azzeccati anche gli abbinamenti dei vini ai piatti cosa assolutamente non scontata. Il mio voto a location servizio menù e conto e il massimo. When flavors and aromas combine perfectly and the cuisine reaches what it really is: an art. I only have to congratulate Chef Giovanni, with his creations and his dishes he delighted our evening. I certainly don't forget to mention the waiters and the meter. A great kindness and courtesy combined with the ability to explain each dish with precision and care. Even the wine pairings with the dishes are perfect. My rating for location service menu and bill is the top.

Abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiare il menu degustazione dei grandi classici, accompagnato in maniera impeccabile con vini straordinari. Well-kept location with breathtaking panoramic views in Madonna di Campiglio. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home, the quality of the food is excellent and its presentation even more so. We had the opportunity to taste the tasting menu of the great classics, flawlessly accompanied with extraordinary wines.

Consigliatissima! Romantic dinner in a small stube in Campigliio ... we ate very well, the dishes very well presented, the professional and courteous staff and also came by to greet the chef! Highly recommended!
