A	Andrea Spampinato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vacanza di 10 giorni con la famiglia. Camera junior suite molto bella, pulita e con un bagno fantastico, con un balcone giusto giusto ma non grande. Personale molto gentile,cordiale e disponibile. A pochi metri dal mare con parcheggio disponibile presso loro. I lati negativi sono relativi al servizio bici e al ristorante: bici, poco confortevoli e molte di loro prive dei lacci per i seggiolini dei bambini, spero le sistemino. Ristorante: la qualità dei piatti, personalmente, è medio bassa. Ognuno ovviamente ha i propri gusti, quindi magari ad altri può piacere.. personalmente stando in Romagna mi sarei aspettato almeno una sera nel menù una tipica piadina romagnola, ma nulla. Servizio al tavolo buono nel portare le portate, lentissimo per io ritiro dei piatti....ripeto, eccellente nella pulizia e nel personale...su altre cose per me c'è da rivedere qualcosa. L unica pecca, della camera, ma penso di essere stato sfortunato era la puzza di scarichi dal bagno... 10 days vacation with the family. Very nice junior suite room, clean and with a fantastic bathroom, with a fair but not big balcony. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. A few meters from the sea with parking available at them. The downsides are related to the bike service and the restaurant: bikes, not very comfortable and many of them without laces for child seats, I hope they fix them. Restaurant: the quality of the dishes, personally, is medium to low. Everyone obviously has their own tastes, so maybe others may like it .. personally being in Romagna I would have expected at least one evening on the menu a typical Romagna piadina, but nothing. Table service good in bringing the dishes, very slow for me to collect the dishes .... I repeat, excellent in cleaning and in the staff ... on other things for me there is something to review. The only downside to the room, but I think I was unlucky was the smell of drains from the bathroom ...

La posizione è ottimale perché si trova a 50 metri dal mare, i proprietari e il personale molto disponibili e cortesi, il cibo ottimo, le camere pulitissime e con finiture veramente curate. Ciliegina sulla torta le piscine, la Jacuzzi e la sauna sul tetto dell'Hotel. Non potevo aspettarmi di meglio!!! Grazie Alberto! I was at the Leonardo Hotel last weekend and I was very happy. The location is excellent because it is located 50 meters from the sea, the owners and staff are very helpful and courteous, the food is excellent, the rooms are spotless and with truly refined finishes. The icing on the cake are the swimming pools, the Jacuzzi and the sauna on the roof of the hotel. I couldn't expect better !!! Thanks Alberto!
G	Greta Valentino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luglio 2021. Dico solo che ci hanno lasciati a piedi, alle 23 di sera, all’ippodromo di Cesena con un minore di 5 anni. Quando li abbiamo chiamati il proprietario ci ha “consigliato” di prendere un taxi. Alla fine ci è venuto a prendere l’AUTISTA DEL PULLMAN con la sua auto. E al nostro ritorno in hotel (all’una di notte) e tanto meno nei giorni successivi NESSUNO si è degnato di chiederci scusa, sguardi bassi e ignorati completamente. Sicuramente siamo stati poco attenti anche noi nel non accorgerci del momento della ripartenza, ma il “lusso” che vogliono far credere di offrire non comprende di sicuro la cura del cliente, una buona organizzazione e un buon servizio. Non parliamo della stanza che per 200 euro (non 5-600) in meno che ti fanno pagare è vergognosa. L’unica cosa positiva la vicinanza al mare e il servizio spiaggia inclusi. Do una stella che è quella che si meriterebbero anche come hotel. July 2021. I'm just saying that they left us on foot, at 11pm, at the Cesena racecourse with a child under 5. When we called them the owner "advised" us to take a taxi. In the end, the BUS DRIVER came to pick us up in his car. And on our return to the hotel (at one in the morning), much less in the following days, NOBODY deigned to apologize, stares low and completely ignored. Surely we too were not careful not to notice the moment of departure, but the "luxury" they want to make us believe they offer certainly does not include customer care, good organization and good service. Let's not talk about the room that for 200 euros (not 5-600) less that they charge you is shameful. The only positive thing is the proximity to the sea and the beach service included. I give a star that is what they deserve even as a hotel.
