The hotel is in a good location, close the main town and the beach. The facilities are all very good; the indoor and outdoor pools are both excellent. Breakfast is superb, every thing you could want is on offer, all beautifully cooked and presented. The staff are all friendly and helpful although English is not widely spoken, neither in the hotel or the resort in general. Unfortunately, our room was not in the best position, it was on the corner, at the front, opposite a noisy bar, however, there are electronic shutters on the windows, which do help to block out the noise. There is an on site Spa, offering a wide variety of treatments and a small gym. All in all, a fabulous place, in a lovely, traditionally Italian seaside town!

โ โ โ โ โ Great Place, rooms are nice, they have a gym that has a glass wall that looks at an internal pool. Outside pool is sweet. I had breakfast there and ot was awesome, great international food choices, a chef that coos eggs etc on the spot for you and waitets that will get you any beverage you'll like.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff made this place service at hotel excellent, also has an amazing bike room for looking after and SERVICING your bike, amazing never came across such a room before, stands/tools/oils etc, the restaurant is also very solid but hard to rate as we were there 4 times. Food good but twice appalling service and twice exceptional, I guess it must just be personality based - but probably pays to speak italian when ordering food.

โ โ โ โ โ The rooms are nice. The staff not so much. About half the staff was very polite and helpful. The other half was snobby and stuck up, even though everyone knows they couldn't afford to stay there themselves. If I am going to be looked down on it better be by someone that is actually more successful then me in some way. Not some hotel receptionest, $*@! please.

โ โ โ โ โ Very nice hotel, with a very high level of services and professionalism of all the staff.
Impressive the choice available for the breakfast.
Very nice the pool area. It is also avaible a beach.
Finally, the SPA is also top rating, with a beatiful area open to all customers that includes pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath.
Overall it fully deserves the 5 stars rating.
Absolutely recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ This hotel should be receiving a 5. As the place is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. And the bed very comfortable. However the staff at the pool.and the beach / restaurant spoiled this experience. Despite other people poolside being given towels. We were told to wait until after 9am on more than occasion. As I swim early before the pool gets busy this was not ideal. I asked for help one day as my husband was not with me to set up a sunbed. As there were no spare beds. But there were spares standing up behind where the 2 pool staff were. They both pointed them out to me and let me carry my own bed to a spot. Whereas I saw them taking beds for others. And when I called them out on this they shrugged it off. And the beach staff were just rude. As a guest of the hotel unless you book a apackage for the beach you get no priority even though you have to pay. And when we asked for a bed was offered one next to the children's playground or nothing. Yet many beds were not being used as they were reserved in case of use. And it was more the attitude of the staff when we asked for s bed. Not the fact there was none. That was the issue. They were so rude. Not sure this is a place I would rush back to unfortunately as this put me off despite the amazing hotel and lovely bar and reception staff
