Oggi ci siamo recati presso la guardia medica turistica in Via Abba con nostro figlio, che lamentava male ad un orecchio. Oltre ad essere organizzatissimi, visto che appena entrati si trovano :1)la guardia che dà indicazioni + 2)fogli appesi che ti guidano fino all'ambulatorio medico (ogni metro e mezzo c'è un foglio con l'indicazione, non ci si può sbagliare neanche se si vuole!). Il bimbo è stato visitato IMMEDIATAMENTE dalla Dottoressa, che oltre a mettere a proprio agio nostro figlio, lo ha visitato, prescritto la ricetta e date le indicazioni in modo veramente professionale, competente e senza nessuna attesa. Pagate le 15, 00 € come indicato sul sito. Dobbiamo veramente complimentarci per l'organizzazione,la competenza e la professionalità incontrati. Premetto che sono in vacanza a Gatteo Mare da qualche giorno e stamattina 13 luglio 2021 alle 8 e 30 ho chiamato la guardia medica a causa di un fortissimo mal di schiena che mi impediva addirittura di alzarmi dal letto. Ho preferito chiamare la guardia medica, in quanto trattandosi di una problematica gestibile in ambulatorio, ho evitato di proposito di mettere sotto pressioni gli ospedali che come tutti sanno sono in difficoltà da diversi mesi. Mi è stato risposto dall’ufficio, di pazientare e che nel pomeriggio il dottore mi avrebbe chiamato per visitarmi. Alle ore 12 non ricevendo alcuna chiamata ho sollecitato nuovamente, così alle ore 13 sono stato contattato. Ho riferito al dottore dove mi trovavo e mi ha confermato che sarebbe passato quanto prima per Visitarmi . Arrivano le 15 e nessuno si fa vivo, così richiamo e mi viene riferito di pazientare ancora . Alle ore 17 richiamo lamentando che il dolore è lancinante; a questo punto il dottore mi riferisce di aver tentato di trovare l’Hotel senza successo e di essersene andato. Telefonicamente gli ho affermato che doveva ricontattarmi telefonicamente e per lo Meno avvisarmi e dopo un litigio mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia. Trovo che questa tipologia di comportamento sia meschino e scorretto. Se non avete voglia di lavorare ditelo subito in modo da non far perdere tempo alla gente. La questione non verrà chiusa qui. I was told by the office, to be patient and that the doctor would call me in the afternoon visit me. At 12 noon, not receiving any calls, I asked again, so at 1pm I was contacted. I reported to the doctor where I was and he confirmed that he would be over as soon as possible Visit me. 15:00 arrives and no one shows up, so I call back and I am told to be patient again. At 5 pm I call back complaining that the pain is excruciating; at this point the doctor tells me that he tried to find the hotel without success and that he left. Over the phone I told him that he had to contact me by phone and for it Less warn me and after a fight he closed the phone in my face. I find this type of behavior to be mean and unfair. If you don't feel like working, say it right away so you don't waste people's time. The matter will not be closed here.
