β β β β β Ho ricevuto risposta alla mia precedente recensione.molto cortesemente mi Γ¨ stato spiegato la situazione criticata da me riguardo la doccia che causa covid non sono state apportate le ristrutturazioni secondo me segnalate per la miglioria del albergo ma che sono in programma. Ottimo e punto a vs favore. X la colazione c'Γ¨ stata un incomprensione sul sacco e ok ma li ritengo cmq che l orario vada un po anticipato oppure data l opportunitΓ di farla trovare pronta almeno come colazione base visto che cmq compresa nel prezzo. Per il resto confermo al gentilezza e l ospitalitΓ del personale e la posizione molto bella proprio fronte lago. Sicuramente merita x chi si trova in zona.
Ho apprezzato molto la vs risposta alla mia recensione e al fatto sia stato capito che non era una critica ma un "consiglio" per semplici migliorie che un posto così bello meriterebbe.
 I received a reply to my previous review. I was very kindly explained the situation criticized by me regarding the shower that causes covid, the renovations reported in my opinion for the improvement of the hotel have not been carried out but which are planned. Excellent and point in favor. X breakfast there was a misunderstanding about the bag and ok but I think them anyway that the time goes a little earlier or given the opportunity to have it ready at least as a basic breakfast since cmq included in the price. For the rest, I confirm the kindness and hospitality of the staff and the very beautiful location right in front of the lake. Definitely deserves x who is in the area.
I really appreciated your response to my review and the fact it was understood that it was not a criticism but a "suggestion" for simple improvements that such a beautiful place deserves.

β β β β β Friendly family-run hotel with adorable staff. Breakfast and dinner is abundant. All pasta dishes, soups meats and dessrrts are delicious. Most tooms are overlooking the lake. The beds are huge, however the shower cabin is too small. There is one ski lift within walkable distance, Cortina is a half an hour drive.

β β β β β Pleasant and accommodating staff. While the hotel is not technically speaking wheelchair accessible, the manager was very helpful in finding us a solution. Very comfortable beds and rooms, Beautiful scenery, Good breakfast, And fair price. Highly recommended.
