D	Daniele Bailo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo fermati in questa nuovissima struttura per un pasto veloce, abbiamo preso due panini, niente di complicato insomma ma la qualità del prodotto e la preparazione ci hanno sodisfatti appieno. Consigliato We stopped in this brand new structure for a quick meal, we took two sandwiches, nothing complicated in short but the quality of the product and the preparation have fully satisfied us. Recommended

We had lunch here with a sandwich and a drink. Nice view, nice staff. Prices slightly above average. Advised. Ample parking in the area.

Mi ero fermato per chiedere se avesse posto e nel contempo volevo andare a mangiare alla malga misurina peraltro posto top per cordialità e cortesia per non parlare dei piatti!!risultato?? E uscito il barista mi ha cacciato via in malomodo dicendo che il parcheggio era dello chalet!!! Lo sconsiglio se questa è l'accoglienza!!! Bad experience !!!! today it's snowing and I had parked to tell the bartender in front of the chalet. I had stopped to ask if he had room and at the same time I wanted to go and eat at the hut. And the bartender came out and chased me away saying that the parking lot belonged to the chalet !!! I do not recommend it if this is the welcome !!!

M	Marco DV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivati alle 14 in due, dopo aver atteso invano in piedi all'entrata del locale, riusciamo a farci accomodare su un tavolo. Il bar non offre una gran varietà: affettati, panini, salsiccia, wurstel, in varie combinazioni. Dopo mezz'ora abbondante vengono a prendere le ordinazioni, ma ci preoccupano già alcune scene: i tavoli non sono numerati e le due cameriere (una ragazza che si occupa delle ordinazioni e una signora che le porta al tavolo) si confondono continuamente non sapendo a quale tavolo portare i piatti... Ordiniamo un piatto con salsiccia e patatine e un panino salsiccia e formaggio (avremmo preso anche il tagliere salumi e formaggi ma la cameriera ci avvisa che il piatto è finito). Alle 15 arrivano le bibite. Vediamo servire il tavolo (almeno 6 persone tra adulti e bambini) che aveva ordinato contemporaneamente a noi. Nel frattempo NESSUNO si preoccupa di chiederci o informarci di nulla. Poi vediamo servire tavoli arrivati BEN DOPO di noi. A quel punto mi alzo e vado a chiedere chiarimenti alla cameriera: viene al tavolo e ci dice che la cucina ha perso la nostra comanda, la salsiccia è terminata e se vogliamo scegliere qualcos'altro. Ore 15:40, è passata un'ora e 40 da quando ci siamo seduti. Ci alziamo, ci rechiamo alla cassa facendoci dire che le bevande erano offerte e ce ne andiamo. Non so che problemi abbiano avuto ma anche avessero aperto il giorno prima (e a giudicare dalle recensioni non è così) una tale disorganizzazione non è accettabile. We order a plate with sausage and chips and a sausage and cheese sandwich (we would have also taken the cold cuts and cheese platter but the waitress informs us that the dish is finished). At 3 pm the drinks arrive. We see the table served (at least 6 people between adults and children) that he had ordered at the same time as us. In the meantime, NOBODY bothers to ask or inform us about anything. Then we see tables served WELL AFTER us. At that point I get up and go to ask the waitress for clarification: she comes to the table and tells us that the kitchen has lost our command, the sausage is finished and if we want to choose something else. 3:40 pm, an hour and 40 has passed since we sat down. We get up, we go to the cashier making us say that the drinks were offered and we leave. I don't know what problems they had but even they had opened the day before (and judging by the reviews it doesn't) such a disorganization is not acceptable.
D	Dario Barducci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto il piacere di rinnovare come primi un appartamento al secondo piano dello Chalet, aperto da pochissimo. L'accoglienza della Sig.ra Ida é stata molto calorosa e ci ha fornito tantissime informazioni utili. Capiamo in pieno cosa ha spinto lei ed il marito a tornare sul lago di Misurina (vedi articolo stampa apparso sul Corriere e Corriere Veneto). La vista dallo Chalet é mozzafiato. Dal nostro appartamento vedevamo il lago di Misurina di fronte ed il Col de Varda/ Cadini come sfondo, a sinistra le tre cime di Lavaredo e a destra il complesso del Sorapiss. Sembra di toccare tutto con una mano e del resto da qui si raggiungono facilmente tantissimi luoghi per escursioni da favola. L'appartamento come tutta la struttura é realizzata interamente in legno (nel max rispetto risparmio energetico e ambientale) é bellissimo e ben organizzato. Al di là della vista, dentro l'appartamento è ricco di ogni comodità. Anche il bagno é da hotel 5 stelle! É stata una fantastica settimana. Torneremo appena possibile. We had the pleasure of renovating an apartment on the second floor of the Chalet, which was recently opened. Mrs. Ida's welcome was very warm and she provided us with a lot of useful information. We fully understand what prompted her and her husband to return to Lake Misurina (see press article published in Corriere and Corriere Veneto). The view from the Chalet is breathtaking. From our apartment we could see the Misurina lake in front and the Col de Varda / Cadini in the background, on the left the three peaks of Lavaredo and on the right the Sorapiss complex. It seems to touch everything with one hand and from here you can easily reach many places for fabulous excursions. The apartment, like the whole structure, is made entirely of wood (with maximum respect for energy and environmental savings), it is beautiful and well organized. Beyond the view, inside the apartment is full of every comfort. Even the bathroom is like a 5-star hotel! It has been a great week. We will be back as soon as possible.
F	Francesco Benetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliatissimo.....accogliente, moderno, pulito, ospitale, curato, rigenerante, caratteristico, aggettivi a non finire per questo chalet completamente ristrutturato, dal sapore di montagna, con viste stupende in ogni direzione dove soffermarsi per un apertivivo, uno spuntino, una colazione oppure soggiornarci. La struttura infatti, oltre al bar con spazio interno ed esterno, è dotata di 8 appartamenti di varie metrature dove si è subito accolti con calore. Vedere per credere!!! Highly recommended ..... welcoming, modern, clean, hospitable, cared for, regenerating, characteristic, adjectives to no end for this completely renovated chalet, with a mountain flavor, with wonderful views in every direction where you can stop for an aperitif, a snack, a breakfast or stay there. In fact, the structure, in addition to the bar with internal and external space, has 8 apartments of various sizes where you are immediately welcomed with warmth. Seeing is believing!!!
