m	marianna mazzei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ arredamento obsoleto e trascurato, ambienti sporchi, bagno piccolissimo e poco funzionale...per non parlare della scarsa qualità della prima colazione e del servizio decisamente inesistente...unico punto di forza la posizione molto centrale, ma il costo delle camere, tutto considerato, è a dir poco eccessivo...assolutamente sconsigliato! obsolete and neglected furniture, dirty rooms, very small and not very functional bathroom ... not to mention the poor quality of breakfast and the decidedly non-existent service ... the only strength is the very central location, but the cost of the rooms, all things considered , it is nothing short of excessive ... absolutely not recommended!

Abbiamo trovato in questo hotel comprensione, disponibilità e cortesia... Ottima la colazione!! Grazie. We stayed one night to replace another structure in the area that practically left us without a room with a "ridiculous" excuse. We found in this hotel understanding, availability and courtesy ... Excellent breakfast !! Thank you.

Mancanza di personale preparato e di organizzazione The cleanliness of the rooms was not the best, old bathrooms, without even a shower curtain. To be renewed! Bad breakfast! Lack of trained staff and organization

Abbiamo dormito lì questo fine settimana, camera sporca e fredda colazione scarsa insomma qualità prezzo proprio non ci siamo!!! Personally I don't know how to recommend this hotel .... We slept there this weekend, dirty and cold room. Poor breakfast.
D	Denisa Puscasu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato qui nel mese di luglio per 3 giorni 2 notti con una neonata. Mi dispiace ma non ci siamo proprio. Lo staff impreparato e mal organizzato già per 15 persone in sala il servizio era in tilt. Non esiste dialogo fra reception e ristorante. La pulizia della camera la fanno alle 14 quando la gente dopo pranzo riposa . Inoltre l'albergo è vecchio e sporco . Devono venire incontro un po ai neonati con gli orari del pranzo e cena e poi se vedi un neonato di 1 anno al tavolo sarà mai da portare i tortelloni che non mangiano manco gli adulti. Deludente We stayed here in July for 3 days 2 nights with an infant. I'm sorry but we're not quite there. The unprepared and poorly organized staff already for 15 people in the room the service was haywire. There is no dialogue between reception and restaurant. The cleaning of the room is done at 14 when people rest after lunch. Also the hotel is old and dirty. They have to cater to infants a bit with lunch and dinner times and then if you see a 1-year-old baby at the table it will never be necessary to bring the tortelloni that not even adults eat. Disappointing

Posizione eccellente, dall'hotel parte il sentiero degli gnomi, vicino c'e un chiosco con parco giochi, di fronte un ottimo pub dove abbiamo cenato bene e giocato a bigliardino, e attraversando la strada il centro storico. La doccia del bagno non aveva un box, ma ci hanno avvisati di questo al momento della prenotazione e non ha comportato alcun problema perchè la doccia comunque era fattibile. Ottima colazione, abbondante e golosa. Ambienti ampi e curati. Personale gentile. Rispetto ai prezzi che ci sono in altri hotel è tra i più economici. Torneremmo volentieri. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante. The hotel is very nice, the spacious room overlooking the river and overlooking the woods. Excellent location, the path of the gnomes starts from the hotel, near there is a kiosk with a playground, in front of an excellent pub where we had a good dinner and played billiards, and crossing the street the historic center. The shower in the bathroom did not have a box, but we were advised of this at the time of booking and it did not cause any problems because the shower was still feasible. Excellent breakfast, abundant and delicious. Spacious and well-kept rooms. Friendly staff. Compared to the prices that there are in other hotels it is among the cheapest. We would gladly return. We didn't try the restaurant.
