★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the chance to visit this Luxury Hotel in late november 2016: The structure is old but refurbished at 90%. Officially rated as a four star hotel, it is potentially 4*L but the mixture of recently refurbished items among very old and probably original ones (like light switches, for example) put it at a 3*L level maximum. Reception, restaurant, and the rest of the services are at near 5* level, with a small notice on the breakfast: eggs are missing, so we cannot say that the nice buffet breakfast is a continental one. For the rest, take the chance of visiting this place midweek and during cold months, as the experience of being able to be in an outside pool during winter, with any kind of hydromassage sources, is really outstanding and the main feature of this place, that is not missing an inside beautiful SPA and any kind of beauty and massage treatment aside typical thermal ones!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are new with modern furniture, Springwater pool is nice but too small when the hotel is all booked. The ask 5 euro for a couple of empty wine glasses in room, in room you cannot find glasses. They ask 10 euro for a wardrobe and the hosting on the front desk is just unsatisfactory. I called several times before heading there for info they never answer so I left a message and they called me back 8 hours later when I was already there!!!!! I had to say that the facility is nice but the service and prices are not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto di lusso, from classic to executive suite, dovè si mangia benissimo. Keep Calm and Relax with their spa services and unlimited plunge in their thermal pool.
Very accommodating & friendly staff. We had a great time (staycation) vacation stay for 2nights. A bit expensive though. You can check the room & services rates online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stars? Hardly 3. Very difficult hotel to navigate and lots of policies and procedures. Wifi barely works. Breakfast was just ok, coffee from a machine. 1 towel in room to be also used for pool. Service is just ok.
