My favorite piadineria from the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines! The dough is unique for its freshness, fragrance and the right subtlety that makes it crack before biting into the filling. Excellent! The cook is also very kind.

Very nice kiosk, one of the few activities in the village open even on Sunday for lunch! The only flaw: as a true Romagna I have never seen the high piadina cut in two and filled in the middle and honestly I prefer the "classic" one. Original idea though
