★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho pranzato il 9 agosto u.s. con mia moglie. Sala da pranzo molto curata, tavoli ben distanziati, nel pieno rispetto delle vigenti normative. Personale disponibile, cordiale e molto attento. Un flan di verdure davvero delizioso, una battuta al coltello di fassone piemontese molto tenera e gustosa . Due raviole della Val Varaita eccezionali. Come dolci abbiamo scelto una millefoglie allo zabaione ed una panna cotta al genepy: eccezionali. Con grande piacere, dopo tantissimi anni ho rivisto su un tavolo una bottiglia in un formato che credevo ormai perso e dimenticato: la mezza bottiglia da 0,375 lt., il vino: Dolcetto di Dogliani. Buono ma non eccezionale con una gradazione alcolica di 12,5; qualcosa in più può, anzi deve esserci. Eccezionale il rapporto qualità / prezzo. Ottimo ristorante che raccomando vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere una giornata a Sampeyre.
 I had lunch on August 9, u.s. with my wife. Well-kept dining room, well-spaced tables, in full compliance with current regulations. Helpful, friendly and very attentive staff. A truly delicious vegetable flan, a very tender and tasty Piedmontese fassone tartare. Two exceptional Val Varaita ravioli. As desserts we chose a millefeuille with zabaglione and a panna cotta with genepy: exceptional. With great pleasure, after many years I saw a bottle again on a table in a format that I thought was now lost and forgotten: the 0.375 liter half bottle, the wine: Dolcetto di Dogliani. Good but not exceptional with an alcohol content of 12.5; something more can, indeed there must be. The quality / price ratio is exceptional. Excellent restaurant which I highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend a day in Sampeyre.

We had dinner, all very good generous portions, I recommend the mixed starter with 12 euros they give you 5 starters to try, honestly precious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cena da asporto per l'ultimo dell'anno. Tutto buonissimo e in abbondanza. Prezzi onesti. Sono un "campione" di Man vs. Food, ma incredibilmente ha vinto il food: ero più che sazio. Da non perdere i Ravioles della Val Varaita. Consigliatissimo.
Take-away dinner for New Year's Eve. All very good and in abundance. Fair prices. I am a "champion" of Man vs. Food, but incredibly food won: I was more than full. Do not miss the Ravioles of Val Varaita. Highly recommended.
