During the seasons we had the opportunity to know the owner family. A guarantee for your stay in Stelvio area. Very bike friendly hotel including SPA and bike room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building of the hotel is very welcoming from the outside (especially during the Christmas season now) and the lounge area in the lobby is very cozy and well decorated. Unfortunately though, the entire staff including the restaurant(except for the cleaning ladies and Francesco) is unfriendly, unwelcoming and arrogant. We didn’t feel well taken care of. The restaurant quality of food and service very poor, although they try to be fancy and chic, decorating plates with a 90’s look. Live music was the only positive aspect of the dinners. Not the quality of food you expect to eat in Italy. Over salted and not made with love. The rooms are missing some amenities of a 4star hotel: tissues in the bathroom, glass glasses in the bathroom for placing the toothbrush etc. (They only provide some plastic ones that cannot hold the weight of the objects). Also the floor in the room gets cleaned every day with the vacuum but not with the mop and is absolutely dirty. Sad but true.
