Cortesia e gentilezza sono di casa, camere pulitissime, personale al top!!! Se volete sentirvi a casa questo è il posto ideale…. Ristorante con un menu ottimo e super abbondante… Posizione fantastica a due passi da Livigno Bormio e passo dello Stelvio…

Accogliente, caldo, pulito e in famiglia. Siamo stati bene, cucina tranquilla. Posizione strategica, vicino alle piste e sulla strada per Livigno. Grazie!

Pokoje tak z 20. Století nic moderního obsluha k večeři hrozná na českém občany kašlou!! Hlavně aby se najedli majitelé a pro hosty dají zbytky. Pečivo na stole leží tvrde a ošklivé.

Buon giorno a tutti, l'albergo è accogliente e in stile alpino. Siamo stati anche a cena e i piatti erano molto bel fatti dalla cucina e buoni, soprattutto gli scatt OTTIMI...quindi consiglio vivamente, prezzi nella media e personale familiare CORDIALISSIMI.

Albergo molto caratteristico che ti fa respirare subito un aria di pace e tranquillità. I proprietari sono stati davvero disponibili, gentili e molto pazienti. Camere e spazi comuni pulitissimi. Stanza per riporre gli sci con armadietti singoli dotati di chiavi. Colazione e cena super buone e abbondanti. Insomma tutto davvero perfetto! Lo sceglieremo sicuramente per le prossime fughe invernali

Lovely hotel with hospitable staff. They can't do enough to help you. Hotel is ideally placed for skiing resort of Isolaccia and nearby Bormio

The hotel is situated very close to bus stop and to ski areal. Hotel itself is a hotel run by a family. What I can recommend is diners - you can select 3 out of 5 meals (soup, starter, main dish) + anything from salad bar, and the dishes are very various - from tuna+beans both from can to lovely pasta or pizza pieces. Why my rating is very low? - Hotel is advertised as multilingual. However most of the staff speaks only Italian, or intermediate English. - The rooms are small with high humidity level (you can find mildew on the wooden parts of the room). And cold - they set up centrally the temperature to be 20.6, which means they are turning on the heating during the day and off during the night. If you ask at the front desk to put it higher, they refuse very impolitely. - Sweet breakfast are good, as the deserts and cookies are basically leftovers from diners. But for salty-option you have only type of ham, one type of cheese and boiled eggs + one type of buns (bread rolls). If the breakfast room is full, soon you are out of any options and eating just bread-rolls with butter. - Tablecloth is changed only in the evening, so in case you do any drops on yours in the evening, you would see them during breakfast as well. If this is ** hotel, I am satisfied with the services. But for *** I am expecting (and paying for) something more, based on my experience from other Italian *** hotels in Milan, Rome or Trentino mountains. Overall I would not recommend this hotel, and would go somewhere around.
