K	Kacee Kostek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heading to Rome and looking for a nice place to stay? This is not one of them. Booked a week for our honeymoon expecting at least a useable room. Not the case. It was about 200 degrees in the room even with the A.C. "running" if you want to call it that. The shower?..complete joke. And what do they say when you ask them to make it right ON YOUR HONEYMOON?!...no refund. That's all that's it. There are plenty of good hotels all around this place it's almost amazing they still keep a book of business. You guys earned a negative star rating but Google hasn't gotten there yet. Congrats.
R	Ryan Bucki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a fan of this place. It was rated 4-star but our A/C unit didn't work well so it was so hot in our room. The breakfast was terrible. The location was fine as everything in Rome can be a distance. We stayed in Barcelona, Nice and Rome and this was by-far the worst of the 3 hotels. Funny thing is this hotel was a 4-star while the other two were only 3-stars...
I	Ian Alexander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you read my previous review on this hotel, it was probably a bit harsh. We had some issues with our first room, but the staff was more than willing to move us to a new room on the interior side of the hotel. They were very genuine and accommodating, and personally cared about us having a good experience at the hotel. If possible, I'd avoid staying in one of the rooms facing the street, especially if the weather is hot. The air conditioner shuts off at 22:00, and the level of noise from the street is truly unbelievable and will make it impossible to keep the windows open. If you're able to keep the Windows closed however, the noise level is not bad at all. Other than that, the rooms are huge, probably the most space of any room I've stayed in in Europe, and the location is pretty unbeatable.
m	mike jay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, we stayed there 3 years ago and it was much better then so that is why we choose to stay there again. Well that was a mistake. First off, the hotel is in a nice location for being able to walk to all the historical site and close to the train station. The breakfast was also good. So now the bad. For the cost per night of this hotel you would expect a better blanket ( old like something from the 70's. The kitchenette was unusable. No glasses , the smallest of waste bins and NO WINE OPENER . Don't people drink wine in Italy. The bathroom floor was full of hair the first day we got there . The air conditioner did not work very well at all. We left it running 24 hours a day and never got very cool . The temps outside were only in the 70's . This hotel needs updating in the rooms. We will definitely be staying somewhere else the next time in Rome.

Delicious breakfast with nice pastries. Very nice seating area outside if you just want to relax and have a drink. Highly recommend!!

I can not fault the hotel, and the food was also very very nice. In general I had a most fantastic memorable time during my stay, and the staff from all levels tried their utmost to do their very best at all times. I would LOVE to come back to this Hotel as they made feel so very happy and content in every aspect . That is my total honest and genuine review At a great price, what more could I wish for? R	Ryan Howarth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were nicely sized to easily accommodate multiple. Despite what some others have said, I really enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast. It isn't that much when compared to somewhere like the Hilton, but it's definitely plenty, had a nice range as well which suited the whole family. Internet was fast as well (32.9 down and 24.2 up). The location is absolutely incredible, it's located really close to a lot of nice restaurants and shops and it's a quick walk to a lot of touristy places as well. Only issue I had was that our toilet was leaking. But aside from that, a great stay for the entire family.
