Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel

Impeccable. The hotel is exquisitely decorated; a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Rome. Every single staff member was generous and kind with their help and attention. We would particularly like to thank Claudia, Salvatore, Valentina and Jabi. The fact that we met so many kind people in just three nights speaks to how well managed this hotel is. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel - the service was impecable. This was our first stop on our honeymoon, and the team did everything they could to make sure we had a wonderful experience, and we did. They upgraded our room when we arrived, and after a very minor incident in the room, they took it upon themselves to upgrade us once again to the executive suite. We are so grateful to have had this experience. Thank you to Alessandro, Laura, Gemma and Valentina for your hospitality, we will remember this stay forever. And if you can eat at the restaurant Tazio, please do - it is a 5 star gourmet experience!

We have traveled from the US and stayed at many beautiful five star hotels in Amsterdam, Venice, Milan, Turin, Florence and Rome throughout our six week journey. The Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Hotel is by far the most beautiful of all. It is why this is our third stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Katarina's assistance in navigating the vast metro system, recommendations for dining, and the answers to our never ending questions were invaluable - even directing us to a COVID testing center for our return trip to the US. Katarina didn't stop at just answering our questions, she went online to verify information and even made phone calls to check when online information was unavailable. I hope the nh hotel collection recognizes what a great asset they have in Katarina, our trip would not have been as enjoyable without her never-ending help. Breakfast is now served on the ground floor off the main lobby. The buffet is plentiful and the food is prepared fresh each day with an almost unlimited menu to choose from. The staff is extremely attentive and were quick to serve coffee, tea or menu items. Lunch and dinner are also served in the dining room off the main lobby and the food is of gourmet quality. Our room was quite large and had two terraces, one overlooking the main plaza. A large alcove off the bedroom with a desk, and a large closet. The bathroom comes with all the amenities, ours with a deep soaking tub. The rooms are cleaned and sanitized daily, the evening staff offers turn down service and provided bottled water for the hotpot and coffee maker. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to all main attractions. The Metro station is just outside the front door, the bus stop is only one block away. The Main Train Terminal is two blocks from the main entrance. I highly recommend the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Hotel and look forward to returning again on our next vacation.

We loved every minute of our stay here. The manager, Giuseppe personally greeted us at check in. The service is exceptional! The concierge is on point with their suggestions and every staff is an absolute pleasure to work with. Our room looks out to the Piazza and couldn't be better. The lobby is so grand and sophisticated. The location is close to everything. everything is within walking distance and if not they will gladly get a cab for you to take wherever you need to go. After a few days of exploring Rome, the Spa staff treated us to the best massage ever! Truly, this hotel deserves a 5 star in every aspect. We can't wait to be back!

One of the best 5-star experiences! I’ve travelled a lot through the past years and I’ve seen really good hotels, but this is the first time I write a review, because I really want to share our experience. Besides that the location and the hotel it self is incredible - I have to empathize the friendliness and the professionalism of the staff. We got an upgrade to a room which had the most amazing view. As we stayed over new year’s we got a nice handwritten note with a bottle of champagne to celebrate with. The room service was quick and very friendly, everything was clean and the towels were sooooo fluffy (this is a big big plus). They helped us with booking dinners and they went out of their way to fulfill our wishes. Over all: one of the best stays ever, than you so much ?

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon and had a great experience. We got a balcony view room but I think they upgraded us to a more premium top floor room with great view of the piazza with the fountain. The hotel is convenient walk from the train station, and walkable to most of the sites in Rome, though you may want to take car or subway to the Vatican. The staff were also great. You could tell some work was going on at the hotel, some rooms are getting renovated and the rooftop wasn’t open yet but this didn’t bother us.
