Menu fisso, deluso sia a livello quantitativo (portate misere rispetto allo standard dei ristoranti della zona) che a livello qualitativo. Camerieri insufficienti per gestire tutta la clientela We went here for the Easter lunch. E	Enza Regina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora, proprietaria, maleducata ed irrispettosa verso i clienti, ha telefonato in camera alle 9.15 chiedendomi se pranzavamo in struttura nonostante fosse incluso il pranzo quindi comunque avrebbe dovuto prepararlo e le ho risposto che stavo dormendo e al momento non sapevo e lei mi ha risposto: a me che mi interessa che stai dormendo? Ragazzi tre giorni di inferno. Le figlie molto educate. Struttura vecchia vecchia vecchia e non ci vuole il bonus 110 per ristrutturarlo ma il bonus 220 troppo mal messo ed in stato di abbandono. Primi discreti ma secondi orrendi. Il secondo che ci hanno portato era un antipasto di salumi tant'è che mio figlio di 10 anni mi ha detto: papà qui fanno il contrario prima portano il primo e dopo l'antipasto? Va bè lasciamo perdere. Mai più. In entrambi i periodi abbiamo ricevuto una buona, cortese ed efficiente accoglienza, trovando sempre disponibile la proprietà ed il personale sia a tavola che alle terme. La struttura è datata ma il servizio ben sopperisce. Torneremo ancora We were in a group, 5 couples, in October and now in March, for 3 nights full board. In both periods we received a good, courteous and efficient welcome, always finding the property and the staff available both at the table and at the spa. The property is dated but the service makes up for it. We will come back again

Pulizia e qualità al top in tutti i suoi spazi. Centro benessere ad altissimi livelli. Grazie grazie grazie ritorneremo presto. We stayed 3 days, what about a real relaxing stop. Mrs. Marisa and her 3 daughters make this place a perfect masterpiece. Cleanliness and top quality in all its spaces. Wellness center at the highest level. Thank you thank you thank you we will be back soon.

L'unica cosa necessiterebbe di un rinnovamento per tavoli e sedie. Ottima qualità nella materia prima per la formulazione dei piatti offerti. Comunque complimenti! As usual, we eat very well. Centro benessere ben attrezzato con personale professionale e disponibile... Se devo trovare una pecca? Le vasche idromassaggio stancano... Ma volendo è possibile fare attività extra a prezzi accessibilissimi! Ero titubante nel venire, per delle recensioni visionate... Oggi la mia domanda è??? Ma cosa volevate di più???? Troppa confusione nelle aree piscina e in questo periodo non è il massimo, sia per la questione covid che per il fatto che se ci si vuole rilassare non va bene così tanta confusione. Ci vorrebbe più controllo e maggiore severità per le persone poco educate in un centro benessere. Per il resto: personale cordiale, abbastanza pulito, cibo discreto ed abbondante. The cost appropriate to the service.
