E	Enzo Zensoft on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto si trova in un borgo nel casertano, in pieno verde. La struttura è ideale per chi vuole mangiare qualcosa di genuino e in tutta tranquillità. Quando ci sono stato non era previsto nessun menù fisso, quindo abbiamo ordinato al momento, forse qualcosa verrà realizzato nei giorni più "caldi" di festa. I piatti erano davvero abbondanti e i sapori unici...le tagliatelle fresche il top! I costi sono contenuti nulla di esagerato. In quattro abbiamo preso quattro primi, quattro secondi, due insalate, un acqua un vino e quattro caffè per la cifra di 66,50€ .....il caffè era in omaggio. Non bisogna aspettarsi di trovare un luogo dove la sciccheria è di casa, ma sicuramente la buona tavola c'è...e per come la penso io è questo quello che conta ;) The place is located in a hamlet in the Caserta area, in full green. The structure is ideal for those who want to eat something genuine and in peace. When I was there, no set menu was foreseen, so when we ordered at the moment, maybe something will be done on the "hottest" party days. The dishes were really abundant and the unique flavors ... the fresh tagliatelle the top! The costs are contained nothing exaggerated. In four we took four first courses, four second courses, two salads, a water, a wine and four coffees for the amount of € 66.50 ..... the coffee was complimentary. You shouldn't expect to find a place where sciccheria is at home, but surely good food is there ... and as I think it is, this is what counts;)
P	Patty Patty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ è un ristorante ad ambiente familiare che offre dei piatti locali molto buoni. il personale è cortese e disponibile creano un ambiente familiare. facilmente raggiungibile dalla piazza principale (anche l'unica) del paese. in estate c'è la possibilità di pranzare o cenare all'aperto. oltre a servizio ristorante è anche pizzeria. è gradita la prenotazione se non si vuole attendere. it is a family-run restaurant offering very good local dishes. the staff is courteous and helpful creating a family atmosphere. easily accessible from the main square (even the only one) of the town. in summer there is the possibility to have lunch or dinner outdoors. in addition to restaurant service, there is also a pizzeria. reservations are welcome if you don't want to wait.

Sul menù di trovano molte proposte facilmente adattabili ai vegani e i proprietari sono molto disponibili. La pasta e fagioli con i funghi porcini è veramente buonissima! La pizza era eccellente, con un impasto evidentemente ben dosato e lasciato lievitare il tempo necessario. Ottimi gli ingredienti, servizio discreto ma sempre disponibile, location tranquilla. Ti fai quasi due ore di auto e oltre 80 km, tra strade sterrate e con lavori in corso per poi scoprire che funziona solo di sera e non è aperto di giorno, ma solo di sera! ?????. Ma dico, uno si fa una trasferta per venire da te, e solo da te, ma almeno vuoi aggiustare gli orari di apertura in rete?!? On the Internet it says it's open for lunch, you try to call to book and they don't answer. A	Antonio Fradella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel pieno centro di Roccamonfina a pochi passi dalla piazza principale la famiglia Conca, da molti anni impegnata nel settore ristorativo (il Pagliaio), ha rilevato e ristrutturato un bel locale che funziona sia come ristorante tipico che come pizzeria. La struttura è accogliente e molto carina, il personale (tutti appartenenti alla famiglia Conca) simpatico, gentile e disponibile. Le pietanze servite sono tutte ottime e con buon rapporto prezzo/qualità . La struttura dispone di un ampio spazio antistante nel quale in estate sarà attrezzata un'area per consumare spuntini ed aperitivi accompagnati da prelibate stuzzicherie varie. Particolare menzione per la pizza: da napoletano mi permetto di dire "molto buona". Special mention for the pizza: Neapolitan to allow myself to say "very good".

Il pizzaiolo giovane ma preparato alla mia domanda sul tempo di lievitazione mi ha risposto senza esito che la faceva almeno 48 ore. L'impasto e stupendo ed anche gli ingredienti sono di qualità, non metto 5 star perché ci sono stato solo una volta. Una cosa che mi e piaciuta è il menù con il nome delle pizze in dialetto del posto. La parola chiave è CORTESIA semplicemente fantastico meritano, la birra alla spina Ichnusa e buonissima... Da provare Ci sono ritornato ed è sempre perfetto la qualità altissima, la mia pizza preferita è la "Deny" New management pizzeria, I've only been there once.
