★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is certainly a very high end resort. The golf course looked beautiful (though we didn't use it), the buildings are beautifully restored and nicely appointed, the building we stayed in had a well maintained yard and lovely pool. The kitchen was nicely (and surprising) equipped with everything you need to make a nice dinner. Our only gripe was with the beds, which were as hard as the floor. We appreciated how clean everything was, and how nice the staff were. It was an excellent location for our large family (with two kids ages 9 and 11), but only gets 4 stars because of the rock hard beds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful.. No air condition. After 6 hours of excuses and offers of solution. Head manager told that's its okey and 24-26 degree is normal temperature and it can't be lower by 21...his solution was to search for new stay at 12pm... The place is beautiful, team is trying there best but the management and aircondition is awful. This not what 5 star resort should be like..
Every hotel an have technical issues but this hotel in deep need of changing head manager...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place in a beautiful location. My only remark is that since there are multiple pools (5 as far as I can tell), they should make the pool at the spa adults only, to make sure all guests can have a restful vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an absolute dream to stay with Resort Castelfalfi, truly a 5 star experience. The breakfast is something special with their beautiful view on the Tuscan hills. The structure is huge so one night is definitely not enough! Special thanks to Emiliano who gave us so many recommendations and took good care of us during our stay, lovely people. Recommend 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The location is breathtaking, especially the landscape and the view. The hotel is very luxurious and the staff is welcoming, polite and always trying to enhance your experience. A perfect place to relax and enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The views at this resort are incredible. The service was fantastic. There is plenty to do- hikes, wine tours, yoga classes, spa treatments, drinks, dinners, shops, etc. Restaurants were all great. The location is a bit far from other places, but we didn't want to leave. The room was a little warm at night, but I understand they are limited in how much they can cool the rooms given environmental/energy restrictions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could even give them 6 or 7 stars if possible. Great surrounding, great food, great golf course, nice villas, but most of all fantastic service. Reception and Concierge were taking care of everything for me and I just enjoyed the stay. They were proactively arranging restaurant reservations, helping me in car rental, offering other transportation, etc... I have never seen such a nice and helpful service on this Planet. And the beauty of this place is astonishing. Tuscany at its best. Must go !
