★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel in posizione strategica, soprattutto per la vicinanza al PalaSele. Struttura accogliente, personale in reception cortese.
La nostra camera matrimoniale, sebbene di piccole dimensioni, è risultata pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Qualità del sonno eccellente.
Colazione sufficiente, ma ho trovato il caffè espresso pessimo.
Il parcheggio sotterraneo è gratuito ed è un servizio utilissimo, ma gli spazi di manovra ridotti rendono l'entrata e l'uscita molto difficile.
 Hotel in a strategic position, especially for its proximity to the PalaSele. Welcoming structure, courteous reception staff.
Our double room, although small in size, was very clean and equipped with every comfort. Excellent sleep quality.
Sufficient breakfast, but I found the espresso bad.
The underground parking is free and is a very useful service, but the limited space for maneuvering makes entry and exit very difficult.

I was positively impressed by the cleanliness, spotless room and bathroom ... and for a fussy eater like me, not finding anything to complain about hygiene is an event ... friendly and efficient staff ... the only drawback mini-bar without a drink, empty. ..

Clean hotel and very friendly and helpful reception. Bad breakfast, not very varied and of poor quality, bad value for money hotel too expensive for the service offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La camera quadrupla in cui abbiamo soggiornato era spaziosa e molto pulita. Nonostante l'ubicazione in centro,abbiamo dormito beatamente senza rumori . Ambiente climatizzato. Il personale della reception molto garbato e disponibile. Wi-FI gratuito. Colazione non troppo abbondante ma buona.
The quadruple room we stayed in was spacious and very clean. Despite the location in the center, we slept blissfully without noise. Air conditioned environment. Reception staff very polite and helpful. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast not too abundant but good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel 3 stelle di recente ristrutturazione. Dispone di comodo garage, dove è anche possibile mettere in ricarica lenta, l’auto elettrica. Colazione non da 5 stelle, camere pulite e grande disponibilità da parte delle signorine della reception. Consiglio. È anche un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare il circondario.
Recently renovated 3-star hotel. It has a convenient garage, where it is also possible to slowly charge the electric car. Breakfast not 5 stars, clean rooms and great availability on the part of the reception ladies. Advise. It is also an excellent starting point for visiting the surrounding area.

Sono stata costretta ad annullare la prenotazione causa emergenza COVID, ho provveduto alla cancellazione mediante procedura Booking.com che prevedeva in ogni caso l’addebito di una penale pari alla metà del totale già pagato; ma, contatta telefonicamente, la struttura si è immediatamente attivata per provvedere al rimborso dell’intero con una cura e un’efficienza rare. Rimborso concretamente riscontrato già dal giorno seguente la disdetta.
Presupposti e cortesia certamente ottimi per ritentare il soggiorno in altra occasione.

I was forced to cancel the reservation due to the COVID emergency, I proceeded to cancel it through the Booking.com procedure which in any case provided for a penalty equal to half of the total already paid; but, contacted by phone, the structure immediately took action to provide for the reimbursement of the entire amount with rare care and efficiency. Reimbursement concretely verified as early as the day following the cancellation.
Certainly excellent conditions and courtesy to try your stay again on another occasion.
