No drinking water and no access to any shop to buy (only bar). Breakfast is the same always and very poor. Very far from Everything. No place for a simple walk. We have arrived and have to stay in lobby for 5 hours as the room was not ready. The towels were not changed for 2 days and just after a complain it was done. Evening programs- 3 songs/dances for chilsren and the rest only in itelian. For all inclusive :) only coffee(2 tipes) and camomile. 3 types of cocktails in plastic cups of 100 gr.

- Far from any where, without a car you are in jail. - No water, except on food times, or only plastic cups served but no where to buy bottles except restaurant. - Bus to the beach is awful and not organized , if you are not rude enough you can wait for an hour by missing 3 busses. - very noisy all the time, really too much no activities for children, only 3 songs at night or aqua jym. I can say that staff are trying to work hard, but management seems that never been out of Italy to know what other competitors are offering. I don't recommend any non Italian tourists to go there.

Let's start with the good things: - The food is plentiful and good. - The atmosphere in the shared spaces and dining areas is great. - Friendly staff, speaks English well enough. The not great stuff: - Wifi is dodgy and slow. I hope you don't have any business to attend to. - Dining arrangements are a mess. There's almost no coordination from the organizers and unnecessary 20-minute waits to get to food. - A few friends got ditched at the beach by the hotel's bus that left 20 minutes early. Had to call reception and wait forever to get back to the hotel. - Two small elevators for several hundred rooms on seven floors. You're going to spend time there if you prefer not to scale the stairs. - Double room means two beds. - Lack of a convenience store nearby. - In the middle of nowhere - you have zero access to anything, really, by foot. The road to the city is dangerous to walk or even bike. - Rooms are okay, but not great. Small TV, slow wifi, and there's no way to stop insects from entering besides closed windows. - Tons on mosquitoes. - Thin walls - normal speech is easily recognizable. - No mini-bar. There's a small fridge that turns off when you leave the room, though (we got a second access card to keep it running). - Generally overpriced - you have a couple bottles of water assigned per room per day - you pay for more. The rooms overlooking the giant mud mountain on the back are expensive, the ones with a view are ridiculous.

Great place, friendly staff. Dinner is also very good, at least two different fish dishes every evening. Rugs in the hallways are a bit old, rooms could use some carpets as well, but overall the place is very good. Room cleaning is perfect, regular change of tolwel and bed sheets. Internet was fine as well.

-The rooms are old, a room for three people has only two power plugs one of which is in the bathroom. -The water in the shower is cold and then too hot at intervals and the temperature is hard to regulate. -If you have some business to do and rely on WiFi then you better off just choosing another hotel, the WiFi is slow, the max speed about 0.5 MB/s but usually is at 0.09. the signal is terrible. -In a seven floor building there are only two small elevators so you might have to wait up to 5 minutes just to get into one. -The TV is small, it can hardly be seen laying on the bed and it has few available channels and most are not always available. -The walls are thin and any conversation can easily be heard. -The shuttle for the beach is completely unorganized and the drivers are everything but friendly. -Breakfast was terrible, little choice with diluted-chemical tasting juices and no fruit. -The parking lots are small and too few for an hotel this size, we had some trouble getting out of the car park. -This hotel gives a completely stereotypical version of the Sicilian culture, I don't suggest it to tourist nor to Italians.

If I could rate each service independently, I would, dinning was excellent, outdoor recreational facilities were terrific, and customer service was... Okay. However, the accommodations were lacking. When we started to settle down for the night we quickly discovered that the AC was not working. At max settings, it couldn't even compete with the mini-fridge that was in the room. It took three trips to the front desk before they sent someone to our room. The technician then proceeded to turn it off and back on, gave us thumbs up, chatted with the front desk and left. I went back to the front desk and asked for a new room, so they were kind enough to move us to the room next to us, which was hotter than our current one. But, I took the staff's advice and waited for 45 minutes for the place to cool down, after an hour of sweating I went back to the front desk and asked again for a new room. This time they were not interested in moving us again and told me the AC was functioning correctly. We spent the night sweating profusely with a 15-month-old who finally cried himself to sleep around 3 am. When I checked with the main desk at 6 am to see if another room is available, they asked why and were unaware of the incidents from the night before. I asked a second time for a new room or someone to fix the AC, the response was "there were no ongoing AC issues" and "they had no more rooms available." When they refused to move us, I asked for a refund. When the hotel refused to provide a refund, we checked out early and decided to settle this with the travel agency. Magma Travel informed me we were not going to receive a refund because the hotel told them they offered us a room with functional AC (which they didn't). The travel agency said that out of 22 families, 8 or 9 had to be moved between 3-4 different rooms before they found working AC... Additionally, we received a call from Magma Travel around noon, notifying us that the hotel was able to resolve our AC issue. So we should have gone out to the beach, see the local area, or other things, ignoring the fact that the 5 of us slept for less than 3 hours at that point and were not feeling good. This was further used against us as a means to deny our refund, which has led me to reach out to Chase to dispute this payment based on unsatisfactory service and either side not being entirely truthful with the other. BLUF: Everything was amazing except the hotel accommodations, also not all the staff was will to help us solve the issue.

Very good facility. The dinner food was excellent. I would like to thank particularly Franco Mineo: very good care of allergies & amiabiality. Thanks also to Emanuele Santoro for his outstanding service in the restaurant. The rest of hotel service was not bad or exceptional.

I read different opinion before our trip, but very satisfied now. Hotel is renovated, personal is very good, food is also good, a bit pure breakfast, but we are here not for eating. Beach is a bit far away, but private and free bus every 15 min. Applause for animation team! So, it's perfect especially for this price.
