Con una pizca de mantenimiento sería un excelente. Recomendable! The location is great! The equipment and comfort of the accommodation is very good. The view from the terrace of the blue room is beautiful. With a bit of maintenance it would be an excellent one. Recommendable!

I stayed in the room with bathroom, small but equipped with every comfort: a stone's throw from the sea, coffee maker, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. I received a great welcome ..... from Mrs. ANNA. Kind and helpful.
S	Serena Cribari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La posizione è certamente buona in quanto si trova a due passi dal lungomare e dal centro storico, nulla da dire. Ma sinceramente, e lo dico da viaggiatrice abituale, l'appartamento raggiunge a stento la sufficienza. Forse siamo stati sfortunati e tra i tanti appartamenti abbiamo beccato il peggiore ma: 1) ci sono due ingressi e quello più vicino al mare prevede dei gradini stretti e molto ripidi, difficile passarci con una valigia e se non si è giovanissimi. 2) La porta/balcone dell'ingresso mare è bassa (1.75 circa) e la serratura è difettosa. 3) la camera è molto molto umida. 4) le pareti presentano diverse macchie di umidità e intonaco caduto. 5) il bagno non ha bidet, sul water gravi macchie di muffa. La doccia è grande ma l'acqua non ha molta pressione, specialmente dopo aver tirato lo sciacquone. 6) la cucina si trova all'esterno e questo la rende poco comoda. 7) la TV non prende sempre il segnale. 8) La porta/balcone ha una tendina bianca che al mattino non protegge dai raggi solari, ci si sveglia presto. Siamo stati costretti ad attaccare un'asciugamano. Il proprietario è gentile e la comunicazione con lui ottima, peccato per queste mancanze. Saluti The location is certainly good as it is located a stone's throw from the seafront and the historic center, nothing to say. But honestly, and I say this as a regular traveler, the apartment barely reaches enough. Maybe we were unlucky and among the many apartments we caught the worst but: 1) there are two entrances and the one closest to the sea has narrow and very steep steps, difficult to pass with a suitcase and if you are not very young. 2) The door / balcony of the sea entrance is low (about 1.75) and the lock is defective. 3) the room is very very humid. 4) the walls have various damp spots and fallen plaster. 5) the bathroom has no bidet, severe mold stains on the toilet. The shower is large but the water doesn't have much pressure, especially after flushing the toilet. 6) the kitchen is outside and this makes it uncomfortable. 7) the TV does not always pick up the signal. 8) The door / balcony has a white curtain that does not protect from the sun's rays in the morning, you wake up early. We were forced to attach a towel. The owner is kind and communication with him is excellent, too bad for these shortcomings. Regards

Appartamento situato in posizione strategica, vicinissimo al centro e alla spiaggia. Nessuna lamentela a parte il bagno è un Po piccolo e la mancanza di uno specchio più grande in camera, ma si può ovviare tranquillamente a questi dettagli, per il resto top. Lo consiglio. Excellent cleaning The owner, although I have not had the pleasure of meeting him, is very welcoming and helpful. Apartment located in a strategic position, very close to the center and the beach. No complaints apart from the bathroom is a bit small and the lack of a larger mirror in the room, but you can easily remedy these details, otherwise top. I advise.
E	Eva Berndt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ringraziamo l'efficientissimo proprietario, per averci fatti arrivare alle 20 dopo più di 200 km di autostrada, e scoprire che la nostra prenotazione era stata ...."dimenticata"???il ringraziamento vero e di cuore, va invece alla gentilissima Signora che ci ha accolti e ci ha indirizzati presso altra struttura, scusandosi per colpe non sue We thank the very efficient owner, for letting us arrive at 8 pm after more than 200 km of highway, and discovering that our booking had been .... "forgotten" ??? our heartfelt thanks go to the very kind lady who welcomed us and directed us to another facility, apologizing for not his own faults

Posizione perfetta,in pieno centro storico, con la magnifica spiaggia dietro l'angolo Exceptional. Helpful staff, beautiful, functional and spotlessly clean and sanitized rooms. Perfect location, in the historic center, with the magnificent beach around the corner

Host was very kind, even if we accidently broke key from the front door! Definitely would recomend to everyone, especially to couples.
