★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: La struttura corrispondeva esattamente alle foto pubblicate, tutto nuovo, ben tenuto ed ottime rifiniture. La posizione è assolutamente eccezionale in quanto è ubicato a pochi metri dal mare e in pieno centro storico.. Negazione: Il nostro appartamento non aveva nessun balcone in quanto non si affacciava sulla strada: poco spazio per poter stendere le stuoie del mare, ma in compenso non si sentiva nessun rumore della strada..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Gute Lage. Man ist direkt in der schönen Altstadt und in kurzer Zeit bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.. Negativ: Die Lüftung der Wohnung war schwierig. Es gab zwar einen Balkon, aber nur für die Wäsche, da man nur auf eine Betonwand schaut. Sonst keine weiteren Fenster, außer das Balkonfenster. Klimaanlage hat nicht wie gewünscht funktioniert. Es gibt keinen Pkw-Stellplatz, da die Altstadt autofrei ist. Das hätte man in der Beschreibung mit erwähnen können..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: It has good location. Negative: - very weak kitchen equipment (no knife for cutting, no detergent for washing dishes, a lot of old and sometimes broken dishes) - one roll of toilet paper for all stay - weak communication - not very clean place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Loved this place - bigger than expected, a washing machine (!), a newer style place in literally the best location for Cefalu (the beach at the end of the street - unbelievable). Would absolutely come back here again. And with a cute little Italian balcony, ugh! Love..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Location- close to everything . Little balcony to people watch and enjoy a glass of wine .. Negative: Little noisey outside on the weekend from the bars opposite. They apartment should invest in better quality towels . Shower hose should be cleaned or replaced..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The Host is very nice and this place is very clean. But what makes this an excellent stay is the location! It's in the center and only a couple blocks from the beach! Step outside and there are amazing bars and restaurants right there! Its also only about a 10 min walk from the main Lido as well as the start of the hike.. Negative: There are a lot of stairs which is no problem at all if you can manage them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Brillant location. Great street to be on with all the restaurants and close to the beach/harbour. Its at the heart of the old town and it just so beautiful. Nice having the balcony and the apartment had everything we needed to have some simple meals. The host was very good in letting us check in a bit earlier and check out a bit later too. We would totally recommend this place to anyone going to stay in Cefalu.. Negative: Music was a bit loud from the bar across the road, but OK once the balcony doors were closed. We slept fine..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with this apartment hotel in Cefalu! Pictures on website do NOT reflect actual apartment that was old, dirty and worn out. Windows didn't have coverings and when feedback was given, host was rude. Cancelled on the spot and host still charged for service fee + cleaning 70Eur despite not using any of the facilities. We went to another hotel immediately. Strongly discourage anyone from this location as they also charge different rates if you book as a couple or as a family for same apartment. Host does not speak english.
