Nice clean hotel with friendly attentive staff around the clock. Pool and Spa area are nice and elegant, very peaceful. The rooms are lovely, spacious and modern bathrooms, very clean. Kettle and other things like cutlery or extra duvets are provided pretty much immediately when asked for it. The rooms and roof restaurant have beautiful views, from our balcony (Which wasn't a sea view room) we had sea and mountain views. Breakfast can be very good if creative with choices offered. Litte gym by the pool is sufficient too. There's a proper supermarket one road behind the hotel (3 min walk) with fresh deli, bakery and anything you'd need. Similar to a Waitrose maybe. The pretty beach is literally across the road (less than a min walk) and the pretty promenade along the beach leads directly to the beachfront retaurants and beautiful old town (5 & 10 min walk). The hotel itself has a very quiet and scenic surrounding. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The train station is a 10 min walk, and trains to Palermo go every hour or so.

It's a clean hotel with spacious rooms, swimming pool, restaurant and bar. Our room had a great view on the sea (please note that there are garden view rooms as well...). The breakfast was relatively basic, the variety was not great but it was compensated by really great croissants and coffee. The dinner was a disaster, the cusine from chef was bland, simplistic and often tasteless. I have never experienced that in Italy. The small restaurants nearby served much better food for half the price. I would recommend to avoid the hotel restaurant unless its a Buffet day. The gym was a disaster as well: tiny, stuffy, with outdated equipment and incorrectly setup air conditioning, which only cooled the entrance to the gym. Now back to the good stuff: the beach was amazing, the water was clean, the view on the old city was incredible, there were enough sunbeds for everyone, the guards were very professional and even demonstrated their skill and readiness on a poor fellow who had a heatstroke. So, overall if you avoid the restaurant and the gym Cefalu Sea Palace is a really great hotel.

Attractive location close to the city. Private Beach Access. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Room views are to the sea but also into the neighborhood laundry. Has pool, but that was not cleaned and closed, like other venues including the roof terrace. Limited selection on breakfast buffet, which is found empty often and full self service including coffee machines of questionable quality. Good restaurant. Essentially one gets half services advertised for full price.

Most friendly and helpful receptionists ever, a lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel is magnificent. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in both bar and restaurant. Food was beyond good (the chef is a master). The room itself is well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but it is suffice to say that I was very pleased.

Top hotel. Great staff in the hotel and on the private beach. Facilities are spot on. The breakfast buffet is well stocked with enough variety to suit everyone's tastes. Well placed just far enough away from the main town to be quiet and allows for a nice walk along the promenade.

It was a good hotel with beach access. It’s a bit old but clean. Provided with parking and unloading zone in front of the hotel.

I love this Hotel! The rooms look very good, the food tastes great, its at the ocean and it even has its own beach with a bar where you can order food and drinks!

So… it’s called a five (5) star hotel… as you arrive there so no one to care for your luggage , no one to advise you about the local restaurants no one to take you to the room Or show you at least the way. The entrance is 80th styled with proudly presented ratings of booking and Tripadvisor from 10 years ago and nothing since then … which is the crude truth. If the hotel had three stars I d only complain about the worn down style and lack of service but like this ITS A FRAUD. Never ever book this. 2 stars because the room was not room dirty …only some leftover hairs in the bathroom and no rain dripping through the ceiling.
