Rooms and hotel in need of renovation. My room smelt badly of damp. Room was clean and basic, fine for 1 night

Hard to know where to begin. Cracked calking, corroded chrome, moldy shower,a fridge that kept drinks warm. - and the supper sausage was so salty l would have sent it back if it hadn't taken an hour plus to arrive. Sorry I hate to pan a place, but stay away. Far away.

Good place to explore Rome from. Buy one way ticket (€1.50) at La Storta to Rome and then buy 24h (€7) or 48h (€12) pass for trains/metro/bus. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Parking available. Could use a bit of maintenance. Very good value for money. If you stay there make a point of visiting Bottega35 for nice food/drinks at very good prices. Where the locals frequent.

Cabs and public transport are not so quickly available here. Clean property and affordable price. Standard rooms are very small. Breakfast buffet available but not many choices. Staffs are friendly.

This hotel is in need of serious updating; the decor is from around 1985. The bathroom stank of sewage and had mold on the wall, near the ceiling. The only decent aspect was the breakfast, but even that wasn't stellar.

Welcome to the hotel from hell where you pay for everything and get nothing but sleepless nights and stress. Where do I begin. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We usually stay at Seven Hills which is a camping village with basic accommodation and a shared bathroom so we thought we would pay extra and stay in an air conditioned hotel but the staff have control of the air conditioning and always turn it off so you come back to a 30Β°c hotel room in the evening just so they can save money when we have already paid for it. We told them again and again not to turn off the air conditioning but they didnt listen. Every night when we returned to the hotel it was so much hotter in the room than it was outside. We would complain and they would turn it on but halfway through the night they would turn it off again! I had the worst sleep here and you always wake up covered in sweat and that's if you can sleep at all. We went to reception to complain for the third time and the staff told us that other guests are having the same problem but the manager is telling the staff to turn it off to save money. While we were complaining, other guests in the lobby overheard and were agreeing with us. One lady said she had to go down to reception in her pijamas at 3am to tell them to turn their air conditioning back on. Even when the air con is on it doesnt even cool the room down much. Even the hallways are very hot. Other guests opened the windows in the hallway because the air con in the hallway was permanently off so the hotel was swarming with mosquitos. We had at least 20 bites each. Everytime we asked to speak to the manager he was never available. We didnt see him once during our 18 night stay although we asked to speak to him over 10 times. I have never been so frustrated in my life. The room is very basic and the maintenance is horrendous. There are wall panels hanging off everywhere and there are dents and holes all over the walls. Every fixture in the room was loose, half of the lights didn't work and the safe didn't work. The drawers are filthy inside so we had to line them with plastic bags before putting our things into them. The wifi is a joke. You will be lucky to load a page from Google. The mini bar should be full according to the welcome pack but all it had was 2 bottles of water which were warm as the fridge didn't work. The floor has big gaps in it and all of the light switches were falling apart. When you turn the light on you can hear a buzzing sound coming from the electrics. On the wall at the top of our bed just above the pillows there is a nail sticking out from the wall right next to my head and the wall panel is hanging off and when we told reception they was not bothered at all. Both plugs were missing from the bathroom so you can't even fill the sink. There are holes in the wall in the bathroom and the toilet seat is loose, dirty and too small for the toilet. Both towel racks, toothbrush holders, soap holder and toilet roll holder were all loose like they were going to fall off and parts of the bathroom were mouldy. The hairdryer on the wall in the bathroom was literally falling to pieces and it was coming off the wall. There were red ants all over the bathroom crawling all over our towels and in the sink. Also as you can see in the pictures I have posted, the balcony is crumbling from underneath, it has cracks on the floor and every glass panel is smashed. The wardrobe was covered in thick dust like it hadn't been cleaned in months and they left us a toilet roll from the previous guest! There isn't even a bin in the room. Also if you bring your car here you need to take great care as their car park has a steep entrance so it's easy to grind your bumper along the ground. This is not a 3* hotel. This hotel is disgraceful. I would definitely not recommended this hotel. You will have a more comfortable stay if you sleep on the street outside. We didn't try their food as it probably would have killed us.

Really bad hotel. Not as described. Paid for breakfast and expected what the pictures showed but instead we got a small bag of boring dry bread and juice, no coffee or tea. Room was dirty and very cold.

I have been here for a month just on today, for business reason, and I need to highlight the coziness, the cleaness. And the veery nice personnel whom made me feeling home for such a long time. Price excellent being in Rome and close to train station and busses to center of Rome. Great staying.
