★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel molto carino e pulito, a due passi dal parcheggio e dal Duomo di San Francesco. Personale molto gentile, colazione buona ed abbondante. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Unica pecca, le pareti delle stanze sono troppo sottili e lasciano passare con facilità i rumori anche più lievi. Peccato perché altrimenti sarebbe perfetto!
 Very nice and clean hotel, a stone's throw from the parking lot and the Cathedral of San Francesco. Very kind staff, good and plentiful breakfast. Excellent value for money. The only flaw, the walls of the rooms are too thin and let even the slightest noises pass easily. Too bad because otherwise it would be perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel carino, in pieno centro Assisi, personale super gentile e disponibile. Camere pulite, forse un po datate, ma nel rapporto qualità prezzo. Parcheggio interrato comodissimo, a 200 metri, convenzionato a 10 euro al giorno. La foto con i tavoli e il panorama é presa dal ristorante convenzionato, la colazione si fa nella hall dell'albergo al chiuso. Mi sono trovato bene e lo consiglio.
Nice hotel, in the center of Assisi, super friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, perhaps a little dated, but in value for money. Convenient underground parking, 200 meters away, with an agreement at 10 euros per day. The photo with the tables and the view is taken from the partner restaurant, breakfast is served indoors in the hotel lobby. I enjoyed it and recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gut in Assisi gelegen. Dies war für mich die letzte Unterkunft auf dem Franziskus Weg kommend aus Florenz. Super gut kann man von diesem Hotel die Stadt erkunden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Hotel insgesamt sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Ich kann dieses Haus ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.
Das Wasser beim duschen wechselt immer zwischen zu kalt und zu warm, wenn man es weiß ist es aber nicht so schlimm.
Very well located in Assisi. For me this was the last accommodation on the Francis Way coming from Florence. You can explore the city very well from this hotel. The breakfast was very good, the staff very friendly and the hotel overall very clean and tidy. The price performance ratio is very good. I can recommend this house without any reservations.
The water when you shower always alternates between too cold and too warm, but if you know it is not that bad.
