★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel posizionato in una zona strategica: di fronte alla Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli. Camere nella norma, ma bagni strettissimi e angusti. Illuminazione nelle camere scarsa e arredo vetusto. Prese elettriche solo in un punto della camera, hanno reso difficoltoso anche la carica di un cellulare. Di contro colazione ottima e abbondante, con un buffet molto ricco!! Voto? 5!
 Hotel located in a strategic area: in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. Standard rooms, but very narrow and cramped bathrooms. Poor lighting in the rooms and outdated furniture. Electric sockets only in one point of the room made it difficult even to charge a mobile phone. On the other hand, an excellent and abundant breakfast, with a very rich buffet !! Vote? 5!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the closest possible accommodation to "Santa Maria degli Angeli" Basilica (and the "inside" Porziuncola): in the morning you can wake up and walk to the Basilica in less than one minute.
Anyway, in case you choose a room with a view on the Basilica, the rooms can be a little bit "noisy" because of the road, especially on Saturday night when there is a lot of people down in the square.
The place has also a small guarded parking with space for some cars, but free parking is available in a very close square ... the area is generally safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here in 2012, with a large group of school. And although we were a noisy, big group, the staff was really friendly, the restaurant was great, the best food I had in the 10 days I was in Italy. The Hotel is nice and clean, right next to one of the most beautiful churches I've ever seen, and near Assisi. All and all, my stay here was amazing
