★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and cheap hotel for business trips. I've been sleeping here from 2015 when I've found it on tripadvisor. It quite old but really clean and also the staff is really gentle and reliable.

The best force is its cleanliness but it has several weaknesses like the breakfast, the old condition or the location.
The breakfast is super simple. You have cakes, juice, boiled eggs, dry meat and cream cheese.
It sounds great, right? The problem is that the amount they offer is really low. For example, if they set 5 boiled eggs, if there are 3 people in the cantine you can have them almost all. If there are 30 people in the cantine, you barely get one as they don´t replace more eggs.
The condition of the rooms is old. You can see a picture of the bathroom door without frame.
About the location, it is not in the center, you need a bus or a car to go, however Modena is not a large city.
And last but not least, the service is good which is important.
I think if they can work a bit in the conditions of the hotel and in the breakfast it will be a great option to stay
