La pizza gourmet è curata e si sente che c'è attenzione dietro la sua preparazione, ma 16€ lì ritengo eccessivi, e il bordo ripieno è lontano dal risultato che ottengono al sud. (si può sempre migliorare, no? ?) Non abbiamo speso poco, alla fine, e su quasi 200€ hanno voluto anche i 50 centesimi, ma il posto è valido. Infine, farò storcere il naso a molti, ma lo segnalo, perchè non condivido minimamente il provvedimento, chiedono il "passi verde" o green pass. Privilegerà sicuramente i locali che si oppongono a questa situazione surreale di mancanza di libertà di scelta. Place cared for and managed with care. Essendo venuto a conoscenza di alcune grotte scavate nel tufo, decido di andarle a cercare. È così che conosco il proprietario dell'Hosteria del Castello, domandandogli degli ipogei. Il ristorante è particolare: i tavoli all'aperto sono immersi in un giardino favoloso e l'interno del locale sembra il crocevia tra occidente e oriente. Appena possibile ci torno a mangiare! The restaurant is particular: the outdoor tables are immersed in a fabulous garden and the interior of the restaurant seems to be the crossroads between West and East.
