Siamo stati portati in una tartufaia e ci è stato fatto vedere come i cani "cavano" i tartufi con annessa spiegazione di tutte le fasi della preparazione del terreno per fare si che questo avvenga. Il tutto seguito da una apericena ovviamente a base di tartufo. Assolutamente consigliata.
Very nice experience. We were taken to a truffle ground and we were shown how the dogs "dig" the truffles with an explanation of all the stages of preparation of the land to make this happen. All followed by an aperitif obviously based on truffles. Absolutely recommended.
