Mi piace molto come e ristrutturata la struttura Propongono farine antiche macinate a pietra sebbene la cosa per quello che ho notato non è assolutamente ne valorizzata ne pubblicizzata , tipo nella confezione della farine , delle bustine di carta veramente belle ma che sfortunatamente non menziona assolutamente il tipo di farina che nel caso mio doveva essere un gentil rosso. Proprietarie disponibili e gentili Beautiful location! I really like how the structure has been refurbished They offer ancient stone-ground flours although the thing for what I noticed is absolutely neither valued nor advertised, such as in the packaging of the flour, some really beautiful paper bags but which unfortunately does not mention absolutely the type of flour that in my case it had to be a red gent. Un agriturismo in cui Agnese e Giuditta coltivano grano antico, con cui fanno pani, focacce di tanti tipi, panetti dolci con il mosto o il cioccolato e crostate con marmellate fatte in casa.. Non mancano formaggi del pastore e salumi locali. La location è magnifica: un pianoro che digrada dolcemente, circondato da un anfiteatro di monti dell'Appennino, il Nerone, il Catria, il Petrano. Immersed in unspoiled nature. A farmhouse where Agnese and Giuditta cultivate ancient wheat, with which they make breads, focaccias of many types, sweet loaves with must or chocolate and pies with homemade jams .. There is no shortage of shepherd's cheeses and local salami. The location is magnificent: a plateau that slopes gently, surrounded by an amphitheater of the Apennine mountains, the Nerone, the Catria, the Petrano.

L	Luca Ricci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place to stay if you are looking for some relaxing time in the wonderful landscape of Le Marche region. The Gentil Verde B&B is surrounded by lush mountains and hills, it’s a full immersion in nature. Agnese and Giuditta are incredible hosts, we felt at home right away. Breakfast was served at the time we wanted and we were treated with home made organic sour dough bread (which they make fresh all the time in the wood fire oven), jams, locally sourced butter, home made muslei plus coffee, tea and organic juices. Rooms were graciously decorated in the perfect rural style for a typical experience in Italy. Lots of local restaurants and trattoria within a few minutes by car that offer superb food including the local specialities with truffles. Many activities to do during the day such as hikes and horse riding also within a few minutes by car. Swimming pool is available (but it was closed as we came in autumn). Il Gentil Verde is primarily a organic farm so you can find lots of fresh and healthy products to buy such as flours (wheat or spelt and some other antique varieties of grains), legumes, jams & so much more. Last note, I particularly appreciated the attention to details (shampoo and body soap were also from a local artisanal production) and the room was provided with water in glass bottle (no plastic!) which express the focus on sustainability and environmental consciousness of the hosts. Highly recommended ???
