Ci è stato servito un antipasto misto a buffet variegato e sfizioso e due varietà di primo — lasagne verdi e ravioli al ragù — e secondo di carne con contorno — porchetta e tacchino arrosto con patate —, che, tuttavia, non si sono distinti per il gusto o la varietà dei prodotti usati. Apprezzabile la selezione di vini bianchi e rossi, anche se al dolce è stato curiosamente abbinato un prosecco superiore. The Relais Serra Alta, on the verdant hills of Fermo, is a very modern and exclusive hotel - restaurant in a luxurious location with elegant interiors and furnishings. We were served an antipasto misto a varied buffet and delicious and two varieties of the first - green lasagna and ravioli with meat sauce - and second with vegetables meat - pork and roast turkey with potatoes - which, however, are not distinguished for taste or variety of the products used. Appreciable the selection of white and red wines, even if the dessert has been curiously combined with a superior prosecco.
