★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale di pronto soccorso imbarazzante, entrata col verde, uscita che stavo ancora male ma mi hanno messo il codice bianco solo per farmi pagare 55 euro di ticket (che non pagherò perché ho una esenzione).
Non mi hanno dato nessuna terapia da seguire e nemmeno prognosi per il lavoro.
Sono rimasta 8 ore su una barella con le flebo e i miei esami del sangue ( prelevato alle 9 di mattina) sono stati spediti in analisi alle 16, rimasti su un tavolino per non so quante ore.
Sono stata costretta ad andare a Ravenna in quanto turista quindi non nella mia regione, per di più ho notato che certi parenti entravano (amici degli infermieri) ed altri no.
 Embarrassing first aid staff, green entry, exit that I was still sick but they put the white code on me only to make me pay 55 euros for the ticket (which I will not pay because I have an exemption).
They gave me no therapy to follow and no prognosis for work.
I stayed 8 hours on a stretcher with the infusions and my blood tests (taken at 9 am) were sent for analysis at 4 pm, remained on a table for I do not know how many hours.
I was forced to go to Ravenna as a tourist therefore not in my region, moreover I noticed that some relatives entered (friends of the nurses) and others did not.

L'intervento è stato eseguito direttamente dal Prof. Alberto Belluati e dalla Sua Equipe in un intervento complesso che è durato solo 3 ore.
Il Personale Medico, Infermieristico ed Ausiliario di alto livello mi ha curato per una permanenza di una decina di giorni.
Highly competent, helpful and understanding, I had the opportunity to test the characteristics of the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department directed by the excellent Prof. Alberto Belluati on the occasion of a delicate revision of hip prostheses.
The intervention was performed directly by Prof. Alberto Belluati and his team in a complex intervention that lasted only 3 hours.
The high-level medical, nursing and auxiliary staff treated me for a stay of about ten days.

medici di grande esperienza dotati di pazienza e disponibilità ad ascoltare . questo avviene in tutti i reparti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza é stata veramente positiva, ho festeggiato il mio compleanno in un locale distante poco di lì, sono arrivato visibilmente scosso e non in me, il personale si è subito messo a disposizione per coccolarmi e aiutarmi nella faccende motorie primarie, mi hanno fatto stendere in un ottimo letto trasportabile, materasso di prima qualità e tripla coperta per non farmi mancare nulla mi hanno anche fatto le analisi del sangue e delle urine e antidroga. ( non tutte le strutture offrono un servizio del genere ). Tra l'altro ottima posizione collocata vicino al centro storico facilmente raggiungibile. Personale simpatico e preparato soprattutto una signora ( la quale non sono riuscito a scoprire il nome ) che ringrazio. Unica pecca il conto un po' salato di 67€ per le mie 2/3 ore di rimanenza nella struttura. Comunque consigliatissimo da provare assolutamente.

My experience was really positive, I celebrated my birthday in a place not far from there, I arrived visibly shaken and not in me, the staff immediately made themselves available to pamper me and help me in the primary motor tasks, they made me spread out in an excellent transportable bed, top quality mattress and triple blanket so that I do not miss anything, they also did blood and urine tests and drug tests. (not all structures offer such a service). Among other things, excellent location located near the historic center, easily accessible. Nice and prepared staff especially a lady (who I could not find out the name) whom I thank. The only flaw is the slightly salty bill of € 67 for my 2/3 hours remaining in the structure. However highly recommended to try absolutely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ospedale di livello deplorevole, vecchio e poco all'avanguardia,totalmente incapace di ospitare pazienti con problematiche complesse oltre alla "medicina di base". Spaventoso il modo in cui vengono gestiti alcuni reparti. Non lo consiglio neanche per un semplice prelievo.
A deplorable hospital, old and not very advanced, totally unable to accommodate patients with complex problems beyond "basic medicine". Scary the way some departments are managed. I don't recommend it even for a simple withdrawal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non saprei proprio come definire questo ospedale, portiamo il mio compagno alle 18 di giovedì in ps, e alle 23 ci dicono che lo tengono in osservazione per poi ricoverarlo il mattino seguente in cardiologia per uno scompenso cardiaco. Ps pieno, barelle una vicino all'altra alla faccia delle normative anticovid. Rimane su di una barella fino al sabato notte quando viene spostato in OBI su di un letto... finalmente la domenica pomeriggio viene trasferito in medicina d'urgenza perché era l'unico posto libero, dove però non permettono a nostro figlio che era lì in ospedale, di salire anche solo un momento per salutare il padre. Troviamo un medico competente che capisce il problema e avvia la cura che lo porta dopo dieci giorni alla dimissione, è sabato mattina e nostro figlio lo va a prendere senza dirmi niente per farmi una sorpresa , arrivano a casa e dopo poche ore riceve la chiamata dall'ospedale che ci diceva che al tampone fatto al mattino era positivo... entrato negativo... uscito positivo... complimenti... chiediamoci come fa a diffondersi il virus...
I don't really know how to define this hospital, we take my partner at 6pm on Thursday to the ps, and at 11pm they tell us that they keep him under observation and then hospitalize him the next morning in cardiology for heart failure. Ps full, stretchers close to each other in the face of the anticovid regulations. He stays on a stretcher until Saturday night when he is moved to OBI on a bed ... finally on Sunday afternoon he is transferred to emergency medicine because it was the only free place, where they do not allow our son who was there to the hospital, to go up for even just a moment to say goodbye to his father. We find a competent doctor who understands the problem and starts the treatment that leads him to discharge after ten days, it's Saturday morning and our son picks him up without saying anything to surprise me, they arrive home and after a few hours he receives the call from the hospital that told us that the swab done in the morning was positive ... entered negative ... came out positive ... congratulations ... let's ask ourselves how does the virus spread ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operata a novembre per protesi all'anca . Tutto è andato bene. Bravo il prof.Belluati, bravi i medici e infermieri che l'hanno aiutato. Mai avuto dolore. Ma soprattutto bravi gli infermieri, oss, fisioterapisti. Non li ho mai sentiti lamentarsi del lavoro o di noi pazienti. Ottimo reparto. Ringrazio tutti
Operated in November for hip replacement. All went well. Bravo Prof. Belluati, good doctors and nurses who helped him. Never had pain. But above all good nurses, oss, physiotherapists. I've never heard them complain about work or us patients. Great department. I thank you all
